It’s really simple. The Transfer Portal has kicked in and the landscape of college sports has changed forever, in my opinion. If a 4 or 5 star recruits signs with a big time program and doesn’t play, they are going to transfer. March Madness has shown it big time.
@@frederickgambke9427 that’s a good thing imo honestly. If a dude proves he belongs at a higher level (P6), he should be able to make that move without penalty
@@frederickgambke9427 maybe these colleges will start re-thinking how they are recruiting. If you have that many players transferring and making a big impact somewhere else, then they failed when it comes to recognizing/developing talent.
As a UConn fan, I'm nervous. The Huskies are the highest seed left in a tournament where top seeds have been dropping like flies. On a more serious analysis, UConn's biggest weakness is guard play, and Miami has great guards. Also, when UConn's hitting threes, as they've been doing all tournament, they're impossible to defend. But eventually, you're gonna go cold from three, and that would make UConn vulnerable. Hopefully they can remain hot for just one more week.
I think UConn is gonna win it all. No other team has delivered the consistent brutal massacres that UConn has in this tournament. Not one game has been remotely close.
UConn's got greater than fifty percent odds of winning the whole thing So naturally, that's terrifying. That being said in my experience here as soon as you get excited about a mid major having a chance to win something big a blue blood takes the joy out of everything and you're the only one there who has a chance to do that so you're pretty much a lock

Here’s what’s really shocking to me: The team in the final four with the best preseason odds to win the national championship is SDSU, at +6000. UConn was at +7500, Miami was at +9000, and FAU was at +250000. The champion with the lowest preseason odds EVER was 2014 UConn, at +6600.
