Your tutorials are the best I’ve seen. You break it down so well and in a simple fashion. I’m still struggling with doubles but your drills are proving helpful. For me, it is the timing of the jump, and hand position/speed. The ‘double from the deck’ is helping me focus on that although cannot get it through yet! Great work
Hi Iam, I'm glad we were able to help you in your journey! Keep us posted, we would love to hear about your progress!
👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
Thank you so much for sharing valuable information . I just have a question about how weight must be the rope?
I've watched the entire series. Awesome job! I appreciate how everything is broken down into manageable steps and exercises. My two big takeaways: where to keep my hands, and I need to bound higher. I've been practicing both. For me bounding higher means more exertion, and I run out of steam. So my big practice activity is to get my bounding muscles in shape.
Awesome to hear Alan! Keep us posted on your progress.
You probably dont care but does someone know a way to get back into an instagram account..?
I was stupid lost my login password. I love any help you can give me
@@elijahmustafa5589 why are you asking on a youtube video ? just ask google. Click on reset password.
Ive watched all the videos! Thank you so much for this , Does the wrist turn twice under a high jump ?
Hi do you have a trix about the wirst movement ?!
I am also struggling with this
RXSG, I've been working on DU diligently for the last month (I've been Crossfitting for about five years and trying intermittently through that time) and I'm still really struggling with hand position, which is obviously causing me to trip after one or two DU. After taking video, my hands are too far out and going behind my hips. For this specific issue, do you recommend your "Jump Cuff Trainers"? I'm also struggling with consistent wrist movement/rotation. (I'm thinking too much as a work.) For this, do you recommend your "Rotational Trainers"? Your videos are great and I really like my RX jump rope. Thanks for your assistance!
Hi Anthony, yes the jump cuffs were made exactly for the issues you're having with hand placement. Keep in mind it might be frustrating in the beginning but challenge yourself and think of it as acquiring a new skill. You will get it. And yes the rotational trainers are a great tool to isolate hand motion and drill it consistently to build that dexterity and coordination. Keep us posted on your progress!
Still can't do the Double...I am jumping higher but struggling with the hand technique / timing???
Where are you located? Please train me!
Hi Charina! We are located in El Cajon, California but we also offer Virtual Training Sessions if you're not able to come down! www.rxsmartgear.com/training/virtual-training-session/
This tutorial video seems helpful! I’ve been struggling double unders consistently for years. I’ve tried shortening my rope but it seems to be hitting my head. It’s At its appropriate height so I’m not sure if it’s my arms or not. I know I’m in a bad habit using my forearms instead of wrists which causes my arms and wrists to spin behind the hips. I seem to be tense not relaxed. Want to break the habit but I’m not sure what I’m doing with all these errors. Help please!
Glad it helped! Keep on going!
just bought your rx original buff ropes and got it shipped to Thailand for about double the price of the rope. used it for 4 sessions of about 30 to 40mins and the rope is worn. centre is bare wire. its so bad. my other metal wire ropes can last me 50x without showing wire. what's going on rx?
you should not be jumping on concrete...the plastic will rob off and the flared metal can be a bit of danger.
@@abevaynberg4623 I got nowhere else to jump. Using pvc ropes solved it. Rx is just sitting in storage.
@@fooltimedaddy ohh... get a piece of linoleum flooring cut to the size you need (I like 4'x8') from HD or Lowes. It goes on top of concrete and your problem is solved. Happy jumping.
@@abevaynberg4623 its OK. I skip in a public place. Not gonna carry a piece of plastic around to skip. Hahaha. I got my 5 dollar pvc rope that can take quite a beating on any surface.
get a yoga mat for $5 and jump on that to make rope last super long time. You can get replacement cable cheap.
