►About The Game:
What Is Surroundead?
5 years have passed since civilization fought against the virus, but nothing has changed. The world lays in pieces, with no one to lead us to a brighter future fighting back against the zombies, people have fallen back to a dark life style.
With few remnants of civilization left, you are left to your own devices to survive in an unforgiving landscape.
Game Features:
Travel through a desolate post apocalyptic landscape.
Fight zombies and possibly worse.
Find many different firearms, melee weapons and equipment.
Trade with survivors in trader hideouts or safe zones to get that one piece of equipment you need.
Barricade buildings or find your self somewhere in the wilderness to escape to.
Loot varied locations to improve yourself, but be aware of your surroundings.
Weather and day/night cycles, be careful.
Manage your stats to stay alive.

When I make my great zombie game, bumping into a tree will end a vehicle.
Got two lab backpacks now. Love the way the map is now awesome job on the game loving it.
Helpful tip: Helicopter crashes show up on the map as helicopter icons.
Edit: The explosions are helicopter crashes.

That SWAT truck sure look ready for the next big update with vehicle upgradability, gun hatch on the top, ladder on the side... might be a beast later, especially for coop with one player drivung and another gunning down the Zeds...

@@AlcoholicPhoenix For the ones pining for co-op in discord definitelly, I only play solo so I might loose this benefit, but here is another idea, assign AI follower ( once they arrive) to the driver position, set destination and you can go on a gunner spree... :D, or simply you can drive with the WASD and use mouse for the turret on top. I belevie this control scheme was proven in the past in various games that supported shooting from vehicles...

Last night I checked the update and deleted my save to start again. It looks awesome. Pissed wreaked flaming bin chicken I noticed you playing differently then you mentioned tarkov going in all guns blazing NICE👍👍
I didn’t have to delete my save it worked on the new update. But I don’t know if I might be missing a couple things cause of not having a fresh save

Just tested it in-game.
Piles at the abandoned firestation (From Traders Joe straight West direction; birch forest area) are destroyable.
Works with shovel, pickaxe and ice-pick.
I wonder if the ones at my base would be I will check it
We have lasers now? 😂
Edit: Just got it on sale and have been looting the local town when should be going to safe zone lol.

Great update really loving how the game looks like, the Hotel isn't so hard if you are geared but i accidently got trapped and died
Loot seems to be a bit low maybe it's to balance the game more, but will have alot of joy incoming times to play the game
Loot does seem a little low but will probably be balanced or changed but overall awesome update

@@AlcoholicPhoenix i found out in ur video didnt know too while u were thinking u were bugged i noticed it, also get to the car dealer and get a Mustang its a bit less space but its so much faster then the pickup
although the ME bus is amazing

just bought this game on sale for $5.99. best $6 I spent. The looting feels rewarding and it isn't just playing running simulator for 2+ hours just to find shit gear or a gun and die like other games. 15 minutes into the game I found a katana, a pistol, and a rifle.
Could not have got a better deal then that totally worth it 😁
every playthrough is fun, sometimes you may have bad luck and the other one you could find really great loot :d

I cant find the key anywhere, like I’ve searched top to bottom, shot at things hoping whatever I shot at would fall off an reveal an cubby, nothing, I’m losing my mind for this key hahaha
would be nice if they made scopes better in the game especially the red dot and reflex based scopes would be nice if you could aim down sights on all guns

I FOUND THE KEY!!! it’s a drop rate kind of item, I found it in the area you either crawl over the wall, or drop into from the 2ed story police station in a small black brief case under the table

@@_oldoasis_ in the police station there is a wall with a large hole that you can crawl through, zombies are on the other side, so if you go to the 2ed story you can shoot through the big hole in floor to kill the zombies in that room, it’s the room connected to the indoor shooting range, in this room there is a table against the door being blocked, under that table there is a black satchel looking brief case, the key has a chance to spawn in there

When you couldn't sprint it's because you had a broken bone. Status effects like bleed and broken bones don't show up on screen for the moment.
They show on the right top corner of the screen now.

the key is in a brief case randomly generated in the police station

they need to hurry up with the co op. that will bring this game to the next level. it is so good as game itself

So I have been binging your Surroundead videos for the passed week now. Almost watched them all. I saw it was on sale so i picked it up today. AND OH MY GOD. It is a lot more difficult than your videos show my man hahaha. Im always yelling at the screen as if you can hear me that youre doing things wrong and getting yourself killed, blah blah blah.... it is so hard to stay alive and even get things to keep you alive.... i keep dying of hunger or thirst because im never picking up water or a damn can opener lmao
It is much harder then some people think glad to hear you are having fun with it😁
@@AlcoholicPhoenix Oh year. I have been playing so much Fallout 4 as of late. So after binging most of your episodes, still working on getting through the series, I wanted to finally get this, almost got it last year but glad i held out because theres more stuff in game. And I was shocked at how difficult it is even on normal haha. So i bumped it down easy and messed with sliders just until i get used to the game play lol. its been great
