- John Novosad is a Boulder-based comedian who has a style of comedy one might expect of a child of two hippies raised in Colorado. With a laidback stage persona and easy delivery, Novosad is a comic where you aren’t sure where his real life ends and his stage persona begins. "Jokes I Can Only Tell Here" was recorded at Denver’s Comedy Works as Novosad showcases years of experience on stage. Taking us in absurd directions that are simultaneously hilarious and leave you asking yourself how you got there.

You have to admit having a good crowd helps, with almost everyone stoned you can hear them just ready to giggle at damn near anything. It goes so well with his style though😂

John is something of a local legend in Colorado. He performs semi-regularly at Comedy Works and is so consistently funny that the wife and I routinely take friends to see him when they visit. If you're ever in Denver, you should absolutely make the effort to go see him.

Indeed. I won a raffle to see a show a week every week for a year in Denver, and he was the host pretty much every week. He is hilarious. Us Colorado folk know him well in the comedy scene
I'll probably never return to Colorado after hearing the "Venezuelan Prison gangs" taking over Colorado apartments. That and no ability to "conceal carry" around that element.
John is one of the most unique and funniest comedians I’ve ever seen. Pure heart guy.

This Genius of Comedy can talk about ANYTHING. with any kind of props, or none, and have us falling on our butts in fits and snorts of hilarity. Thank you, John! That entire routine is pure comedy genius. Great jokes about daily life experiences takes a high level of talent to avoid feeling mundane or predictable and this guy just nails it every time with fresh delivery and perfect timing.

MAAN i'll watch some guy doing his polished act trying his ass off getting over it quickly it feels so fake.
