They answer their phones here in Philadelphia you call dispatch and they DONT EVEN ANSWER. You could be dying the phone just rings rings & rings. And when and if they do answer they have an attitude like your bothering them. I got one DIRT NECK fired for saying shes not gonna get me help when a robber was in my father store on the first floor about to hold us hostage. What a POS she was. I made sure she lost her place she showed up at can't even say her job bc she sure as he'll did ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. They had all kinds of complaints on her. I said what are you waiting for someone to die bc she a dirty filthy dirt neck who took NO PRIDE iN HER WORK.. What a POS. I give my respect to this woman who actually cares for ppl and takes pride and honor in her work. Its usually how your raised also that has alot to do with your morals and self worth and love you have for yourself.

Got a good description of the vehicle, got everyone in the county following the vehicle, or heading toward it. Felony stop vehicle gets surrounded stops immediately. Call the occupants out at gunpoint. Driver cooperative, passenger not. Pepper ball deployed and window broken. Ended up the driver was an Uber driver. Woman robbed a bank then got in an Uber. You get a huge adrenaline rush your first instinct is to scream and ramble. After the first 5-6 you learn to remain calm and focus so your backup can get to you. Yep. I could never be a cop, for any number of reasons. One of them being that I could NOT hold my emotions after something like this. Those two scumbags could have killed people about a hundred times during that chase. Somebody's mom, dad, brother, sister, son, daughter... wouldn't matter to these scumbags. IMAGINE it being a family member who DIED because of them. Yeah... THAT is why I couldn't be a cop. Once I caught them and had them on the ground, I doubt I could resist the urge to smash their faces in. So yeah, like you say, a lot of respect for anyone that can hold all that in.

The dispatcher taking the caller's information and accuratly reporting it to the officers, as well as keeping the cops updated throughout the chase gets an A+.
    (Again, the proper radio ediquitte!)
The cops from multiple jurisdictions get an A+ as well for the teamwork and professionalism displayed throughout the encounter.
