It actually hurts that this dream evoking, theory explaining, wonder of a space film got completely ignored by the academy in the Oscars, when a year earlier Gravity (a blockbuster type film about half as good IMHO) won about 6 Oscars. Bunch of knobs!
+Harvey M8 I don't understand why you can read a comment about people having their own opinion, then to claim that their opinion is false. In my opinion it was one of the greater movies I've seen, and everything in the movie is scientifically accurate. Why do you consider the movie to be "shit"?
Harvey M8 Well, the movie may have been a little dragged on, I can agree a little there. The movie wasn't meant to have Character or soul, it's a science fiction movie that goes over many theories and concepts about space and time. Overall the movie was good.
What about the generations possibly in the very far distant future ?? The generations that will get to explore the sheer vastness of space , that get to be on colonies established on planets that millions of light years away , don't you wanna live in that generation ?? No offense but I always dream of what their life is gonna be like exploring space , bending time , life will cease to be like what it is today . Just the thought of it makes me feel soo small and reminds me that we are nothing but insignificant specks of dust within an infinite yet indefinite universe which will continue to go on for billions of years while most of us won't even see past the next 70 years , I'm sorry , I get soo carried away when I think about space lol

+Bradley Green It's because as a nation we're being surpressed and it's only going to get worse. We're easier to be controlled when we're not thinking. We don't need to look to the stars, we have faith and religion that tells us everything we need to know.
+Bradley Green I stand corrected. Only when religion is gone will we be able to progress. Unfortunately that's not gonna happen. I don't think it's likely that we will be visited by an advanced race who can " save us from ourselves" and help us advance toward the stars. I think that understanding the laws of the universe and evolving technologically as a species is something we have to figure out for ourselves. Only when we are ready to make the next step will there be contact with others in the universe. Religion prevents 97% of our population from asking questions because these 2000 year old books answer them for us. I'm almost embarrassed for our species. If we did meet an advanced race and they asked me what the majority of us believe in I'd be forced to say: "We'll...Umm, you see there's this invisible being. And he created our planet in six days. And, umm on the seventh day he had a sleep...Because he was tired. And he created us in his image. He's perfect and we should always love him. And never question him. We've got this book that we should follow, with a list of rules. But one of the rules about killing we often break. But, err that's alright because we can ask him for forgiveness and even though we don't hear or see him we know we're forgiven. If we don't ask for forgiveness we get sent to this place called hell...Which is horrible apparently. Forever and ever. Even though he loves us. And if we're good we get to go to this place called heaven. It's supposed to be great and we stay there for all eternity, with him." I think they would go back to their ship and tell the others: "Let's get out of here, they're mental".

The fact that Cooper had to work his ass off all his life, lost his wife and his favorite job. It just makes me realize that everything pays off, eventually. He paid a huge price, but in return he went in the highest journey which is something that i'd give my entire life for. The feeling of leaving the earth's orbit must be amazing, and shaky. I can't even imagine how traveling through a wormhole would feel like. The beginning of this video gets me. The song and the scenes create this feeling that i didn't have before. I want to be an astronaut, i gained interest about a year ago, i'm a senior in high school... yeah a lil' too late. I know that i'm going to have to work my ass off, i already started, and i will finish it. I have an unhealthy dose of watching this video every now and then.
Me too :-)
Did you like "Burn The Witch"?
Yes, I do. Can't wait for the album. How about you?
It was amazing... amazing...
It is definitely beautiful.
This fits so incredibly well
The stunning M83......great editing....
I love this film, this is a great tribute.
Simplesmente o melhor filme
Wow this band is brilliant. I've never listened to any of their other songs just because Midnight City was so good, no I finally am and I got immediate lasting chills all over. Great video as well, one of my absolute favourite movies for what it means to me.
I'm the king of my own land.
Facing tempests of dust, I'll fight until the end.
Creatures of my dreams raise up and dance with me!
Now and forever, I'm your king!
