I love bread and pasta too, but at 56 and my last daughter in 4th grade i had to do something. So i started the carnivore diet. Meat,cheese, eggs is 90 percent of what I eat. Yes , the weight fell off. In 10 months I lost 68 lbs, but if I didnt loose weight and the result of the diet was just feel the way i feel, i would still do it. I have alot of knee problems and joint issues. On this diet 90% of my joint pain gone. Just gone !!. Worth every thing i gave up 20 fold.
Allergies pop up/get worse the older I get. Wife is trying to redrum me with her perfume, essential oils and scented candles. Every time she uses any of those my bronchial tubes close up and I can't freaking breathe.

Days of Thunder I went with friends to go see it, his wife sat between two NASCAR fans who kept whispering over her head, afterwards she told us she didn't care what it looked like we were sitting next to each other, I wish we could but she passed away, close to 20 years ago.

It was hard but how great I feel made it worth it. Yes I miss bread but Arnold's has some pretty good keto bread eatin in moderation.

Those planes are at Tinker AFB. My dad worked there as a machinist in WWII building aircraft for Douglas, probably DC3’s.

I always scribbled freehand lines in my logbook and used shitty penmanship. Much easier to slap entries in when a fella is in a rush to get caught up if surprised by random stop by the po-po. I also ran a minimum of 3 log books. Never took more than 45 minutes to load or unload. (wink-wink) 😜

Next time that happens. Kurt, call the doctor's office right from there. If it's still within his office hours happens to me all the time at Wally world. And nine times out of 10 that he either haven't gotten around to it or it's just sitting waiting somewhere. The orders haven't been read and they will pick that up for you and send it right through.

Female beagles will still have their nose to the ground. Both my female beagles follow their noses. But that's a beagle. My Jack Russell, however, she could, for the most part, careless for whatever is on the ground. Every male dog I've ever had. Nose just a sniffing away at everything. Lol.

My Australian sheepdog female hates squirrels every time let her out nose is glued to the ground. Or in the air sniffing. Gotta get her attention remind her why she’s out.
Karma is nearly always a bitch eh? Did you get a look at the truck front end and windshield? A good size buck can do a number on a big truck esp is deer flips up over the hood. Seen many windshield cracks from deer. Hubby used to drive for heartland out of Iowa.

Well Kurt I very much had a love of breads, pastas and sugars so much thar I developed type 2 diabetes. When confronted by my doctor wanting to put me on a 2nd prescription medicine because I was at the maximum dose of the 1 st was the kick in the ass I needed to change my eating lifestyle. It worked and I reversed my type 2 diabetes and lost 40 pounds. I do eat bread or pasta on occassion so I don't feel like I am giving anything up other than meds I no longer need. Peace brother, be safe out there!

Tell myself everytime if I can walk out of parts store under 1000 dollars it's been a good day. Seems like every time turn around 1000 dollar fuel, 1000 dollar this or that. It's the small wins that keep me sane.

I was in Darwin in July there was a fuel truck pulling geez I can't remember either 4 or 5 loaded trailers doing 81mph assuming it was doing max speed and not speeding. I don't get shocked often that was a dannnnnngg moment. Lol
