Do you have any experience with this fire place, i have the exact same one, when i try to ignite the pilot light and hold it in for 10 seconds the pilot light goes out and does not stay lit.
Just make sure the the thermocouple is in the flame and getting hot. Hold button in until it’s going. That’s all I remember as we have now sold it. John
