It's interesting to see all these types of insects they have there at the Alberta Museum.
Thank you so much! It's always fun to visit the Bug Gallery.
Some interesting looking bugs, Donna. Great that their behind glass! 🤣🤣The crayfish was interesting to watch. I think it just forgot the claw belonged to him! Thanks for bringing us along to the "House of Bugs!"
Thanks so much, Dave & Kathy! I kind of wonder if the crayfish got a bit ticklish from the plant. It was fun to observe them from a safe place.
Wow Donna.
Great to see this clip.
Nice capture ❤
I would enjoy this bug galley. I think spiders and bugs are fascinating. Really liked the footage of the crayfish pulling on it's claw. It was such a beautiful blue color.
The crayfish was fascinating to watch and strangely off in a corner by itself. It's a lot of fun to look through and learn about invertebrates.
Fun museum
The mantis in the blackberry - hiding in plain sight
Wow fascinating about the crawfish
Beautiful narration
Did not bug me at all
🤠👍
Thanks so much! It's a fun area of the museum.
Look so amazing bug gallery of Royal museum. Beautiful color shrimps love it. All displayed on museum bugs are so good. Thanks for sharing friend i full watched. Good evening! ❤️45. ❤️👍
Cool to see all the bugs and critters. Glad they are in a cage and away from me! Lol Cool close up shots you got in the video. Awesome. Have a great day.
Hee hee, I agree, I was glad those big tarantulas were safe inside their terrariums. Hope you're having a great Sunday.
Fascinating choices Donna. Years ago I could not have watched this but have since come to appreciate insects and find many fascinating to learn about (after seeing a wasp carrying a cicada away). Thanks for the great views of the well camouflaged mantis and that interesting blue crayfish. A very cool ending with a smile ;) Best regards, Cathy
It's amazing how strong insects are, especially with carrying things. I'm not a huge fan of big spiders, especially when there's a chance that they could get on me, but it's fun seeing them in a controlled environment like this. Hope you have a great day!
I am not a huge fan of bugs, but I know they play a vital role in ecosystems. I found the blue crayfish fascinating and I also liked that alligator bug! Definitely an interesting stop at the museum. 👍🙂
Very interesting place, dear. The scorpion is really huge. Very nice collection. Thank you for sharing.
Wow! Amazing river crab Thanks for showing around the museum
Glad you enjoyed it
Fun look around the bug gallery! You get to watch the insects up close without worrying about getting bit or stung! Some of those spider webs look super creepy! The blue crab was really cool- I haven't seen one like that before. I always wonder how they get the insects to lie out flat with the pins, since they seem to dry out in weird shapes whenever I've found them. Lots to learn- great for adults as well as kids!! Thanks!! 👍👍😄
I really enjoy visiting this gallery. I always find the pinned insects in the display cases get overlooked with all the living moving creatures around. I would definitely be avoiding brushing any thick webs away like that, even with a broom. Thanks so much!
Hi, my friend!! Thanks nice sharing peaceful healing video! shuimKorea stunning!❤❣👍
Донна здравствуйте.
Интересный музей.. разные жуки.. Супер 👏👍
They have a pretty good collection there.
Agreed! It was fun to see all the different insects and spiders.
Fascinating film Donna I’m not a big fan of insects and especially spiders but they are amazing creatures
Excellent this 👍
Best regards Simon
Thanks so much, Simon! I have to agree I get spooked by spiders all the time, but it's fun to see them in a safe environment and be able to get up close like this. Have a great weekend!
Hello Donna. I have never been to a bug gallery before. So great to see all these amazing creatures up-close. Some of these bugs I have never seen before in person. Thanks for sharing with us.
Enjoy the weekend.
Absolutely fascinating Donna. Great camera work and such detail. What a stunningly beautiful world we live in. Thank you for taking me to the museum. Greetings from New Zealand. 👌🩷🙋♀🇳🇿🥝
Thank you Donna!!!!!!!
Again; love the ending; your humor is fabulous
Lol, thank you so much. I almost wonder if its there as a joke.

Really interesting to see all the creatures. Some are so unique and cool looking like the mantis and bugs with an alligator face. It was fun Donna, thank you. 👍😊🇨🇦
Beautiful sharing sister
Thank you so much 😊
Oh I would like to visit this place... I never heard of insect museums before ... It's new to me... How nice to see and know about them... It's indeed a must visit place for the children... 1:18 seeing it for the first time... Loved his moves... 2:09 it's like someone pls remove this part from my body... 3:22 I never seen them resting quietly like this.... Thorough enjoyed watching this... I wonder how they maintain it with all those host plants and food for these wild insects.... Really a commendable effort!!!
It's a very neat space to visit and a big attraction for families. They really chose the plants well for the insects and spiders to live with.
Hello Donna. Great observation and beautiful video. Very interesting. I loved watching. Greetings and have a nice weekend.🌞Pavel🦊
Thank you so much, Pavel!

Wow! What a cool and interesting bug exhibit! They give me the heebie jeebies a bit but they truly are miraculous and their benefits for nature. They have an important role to play and you captured some fascinating footage up close of them! The crayfish is so cool. I don’t think I’ve ever seen one before. Those beetles are a whole new level! This was so interesting, thanks for sharing with us! 😊💕
It's a lot of fun to see the insects and spiders in a safe space so you can get up close without them lunging at you. Very true, they all have their role to play and niches in the ecosystem. Have a great weekend Meg & Greg!
Wow! This was super interesting!
Thanks for the Arachnophobes warning - thankfully, I am not one! I do like seeing spiders, and I am careful not to injury them if I remove one from inside the house.
Curious seeing the crayfish act like that! I think you are probably right!
Lovely work here on this video Donna.
Take care,
Paul
Hi Paul, it's been interesting hearing who likes seeing spiders and insects and who doesn't. I feel like I put the arachnophobes warning up a bit late though...lol. Good job on carefully removing the lost spiders in your home, we generally do the same with all the creatures that find their way inside, too. Thanks so much!
What a fantastic place and great for educating kids and adults alike, although i dont do well with spiders 😳😁💞
Thanks so much, Mick! I wondered if you had ever seen a crayfish or similar crustacean rub at their claw like the blue one did - do you think it might be about ready to molt?
@@DonnaTaibossigai I've never seen it before Donna, but that does seem like a valid explanation, unless it was feeling some irritation 🙂💞
Wowsers. I don’t do spiders I’m afraid. But the other bugs were cool. Very strange Crayfish. Great share Donna. 👌🏻
Gosh fascinating stuff Donna.
The Mantis camouflage is amazing!!
The spiders are beautiful if a little creepy 😃
Weird behaviour from that Crayfish! How beautiful it is.
Wow now this is my kind of place. I wish there was something like this in my area. Cool spiders and of course I love the Tarantula. I know my Lil Bud Conner would enjoy this place too. Nice presentation Donna. So many cool critters to enjoy.
What a beautiful video Donna, The Bugs Gallery at Royal Alberta Museum are so awesome. 👍👍 Thanks for sharing
Have a nice day. Greetings
Thank you so much, Manu! Hope you have a great day as well.
Hi Donna, what a unique museum!! My boys would this place, great video!! Thanks for sharing it with us!
Wow ....was a fascinating look at these beautiful creatures! I've been to Alberta, but not to this museum. It looks amazing here in your fine, fine video. Terrific narration, dear Donna, as always!
This is such an interesting place 😊 never seen those water beetles before with the young on there back.
Brilliant clips of the various creepy-crawlies on show at the museum. It's always fun to see and learn about creatures from around the world that are not native to our own part of the planet. Nice video Donna.
Wow; Donna I 💜💜💜💜 this!!!!!
It was fun looking at all the different creatures. They had a lot more that I didn't show but couldn't really get decent footage of. Thanks so much!
@@DonnaTaibossigai always thoroughly enjoy your vids, Donna
2:13 what happened? So interesting that even bugs have feeling
Wonderful video friend! I enjoyed watching :)
I'm still not really sure what happened to the crayfish. It was intriguing though. Thanks so much for watching.
Awsome and very interesting place to visit ❤❤❤
Bugs gallery very interesting video
It's so good to see all those live animals at the museum as well as the preserved specimens. I like the phasmids at 0:38 We have a lot of these spiny leaf insects in the wild where I live.
Have you seen my Stick Insects playlist ?
I don't mind the underwater bugs but the other ones here creeped me out a little, I have to say 😂 beautiful blue crayfish but keep those cockroaches away 🤢😂
The crayfish was very nice. Lol, you might meet a few cockroaches as you head south! Hope you're enjoying some sun!
Pretty cool.
So nice ❤️❤️👍👍
Thank you! Cheers!
I’m not sure about this museum but most museums across Alberta are closed Saturday and Sundays how do they even make money to keep the doors open when they are closed on the two busiest days of the week? That’s always baffled me.
Amazing
Interesting
Thank you
Glad you enjoyed it
Wow 😮 เป็นแมลงที่น่าทึ่ง 👍👍👍
Thank you so much!
it is cool gallery
Hi Donna
Fascinating creatures' behavior..
Your documentation is superb!
It entertaining in a way.
I felt like being a little kids again
Always, interesting in strange shape of insects.
Did this gallery have a giant Australian cockroach? hahhaah
Very educational...This place would be full of children in summer
Thank YOU, Donna. remarkable work!
I have been off-grid for my BD and just came back this week.
I hope you enjoy my upcoming adventure eclipse. Did you see it at your place?
Thank you Ms.Kayak. No, the eclipse was not here, and far off in Eastern Canada.
🎉🎉🎉❤❤😊😊
Music by Phillip Glass?
Believe it or not it's from the YT selection. But I do quite enjoy his music.
