Fasting is good for your/our health, it induces the mithochondria/liver to produce Ketones..but you have not understand/understood the Gospel of Jesus..Jesus said : Blessed are the Poor..those who accepted Jesus/Esus/Hesus must Fast from money, and from all the Pleasures of this world!..We MUST Fast from all forms of Money cuz money is the Mark of the Beast.
