I've been making this soup for years and we're having it tomorrow and I just wanted to see if I could find it on UA-cam and bam here you are 😃 your soup looks delicious 😋 I also use potatoes or pasta but also alternate barley or a small handful of rice. On veggies I use most all the ones you did and will also use different ones, just whatever I have ie... cabbage, greens, kale etc... and at the end of cooking add whole frozen okra. Your video was super fun and I love the tomatoe paste hack.

Being a Brit, I'll give you a tip... back home, we just call it worcester sauce or just worcester., we don't usually bother adding the shire bit,.. and it's pronounced .."wusstasher" .... or "wusstah"...always fun hearing Yanks mangle British place names.. 😀.. Great recipe, esp now winters just around the corner....👍👍👍👍👍

I usually watch a few to see some of the coolest ingredients!! Made a great difference!! Btw paprika and lemon or a balsamic can bring the flave also!! God bless!! Ohh and btw I used the whole can of tomato paste (6oz) and only 1 diced tomato!!

Anyway, nice recipe…I have some awesome grass fed Hereford beef mince (as we call it) in the fridge, and I’m just looking at some ideas…but also going off on tangents, commenting on UA-cam vids….

Quite a recipe -- One difference I would make is to use a sctoch-brite green scrubber to scour the outer sides of the potatoes and carrots, rather than peeling them. Most of the nutritional benefit is just under the skin of these edible-root vegetables.

This recipe is super easy to make using Beyond or Impossible ground vegan meat. I highly recommend that you try that sometime. You could also use vegan beef flavored broth. Not only is it healthier not eating animal products but a sentient animal won't have to be tortured and killed for your food. It would also be great to teach your children about having compassion for all animals not just the cuter dog and cat varieties and how to make healthier choices in their lives. None of us really learned these things from our parents. So no judgment here, I just wanted to share a perspective that most people haven't come across yet that might be helpful or beneficial to you. :)
You could also use something like soy curls, they are even healthier and can very easily be rehydrated in vegan beef flavored bouillon to have that beef flavor and would work great also. You could also use beyond sausage. There are a lot of videos on UA-cam showing you how to use the soy curls if you try that. You could also use white beans or lentils as your protein in this recipe but that definitely won't taste like beef, but it would be the healthiest option. Just a couple of tips. :)
If you want to learn about why a vegan diet is healthier, you can check out nutrition facts channel or the documentary Forks Over Knives. Both are great places to start. Just a general fyi in case you or someone else reading this didn't know these things. I used to eat animals also. That's a beautiful blouse by the way. It looks great on you. :)
This recipe looks delicious, I am going to make it just the vegan version using the impossible ground vegan beef :)
