- Welcome to a new show home tour of the new build show home by Bellway Homes called The Milliner. It's a 4 bedroom detached home with a garage. There is a large living room and kitchen snug area with generous bedrooms however some downsides. We go through a very in depth tour of the milliner and go room by room and discuss benefits and upgrades put into this showhome and is it worth £415,000
This home is located in Cheshire with prices starting at this development at £415,000 however the new releases will be more.

Just thought I'd Point a few things out. We had many issues getting this video ready to upload today. For some unknown reason the render of the video is crystal clear and crisp but the playback of the render is slightly off. After hours of fixes and many iterations of render settings this was the best I could compromise with. Without delaying the video further. I had the exact same issue with the thumbnail hence why it looks a little different than usual. Finally the top right of the picture sometimes shows the bottom of our microphone arm. This was filmed the same day as the Mason Show home which we had the same issue. It will be fixed for future. Thank you for your understanding.
Thank you for your patience and we are planning to improve our upload schedule and have 2 more videos already filmed and one coming up which we discuss the problems with living on a new build site.

is the kitcken hob extractor fan inernal circulation or external?
Good evening Dan. That’s a good question 😄 we bought a Bellway home a few years back with the extractor fan going to an external exit (hope that’s what you meant) but it does run the pipes etc through the walls. I would assume that Bellway houses are the same but in truth I’ve not thought about it. I’m sorry I realised I haven’t really helped here I don’t think. Do you know which would be best, or preferred?
I also hate toilet rooms with no window.
Haha I told the mrs, who was very happy that people agree. Before getting a house I’d never thought about it but it’s a must for sure. 😁
Are there any Avant Homes your way?
Firstly I love your user name mini eggs ❤️ honestly hadn’t heard of Avant homes before. Just checked them out and the closest one to us is Telford. We’re based in north wales, we probably won’t be able to get to them 😕 my apologies. (If that’s what you meant). If it’s not what you meant then no there isn’t unfortunately they’re quite far away. Are you thinking of getting an Avant new build?
I bought one three years ago before they were bought by persimmon. I was just curious if they had changed much
@MiniEggs1999 ah fair enough didn’t know that. There is a fair amount of persimmon homes developments closer by for sure. I would hope so. I hope yours has been good to you and you haven’t had any serious issues 👍👍 congratulations though on the house three years isn’t that long in my opinion still new 😄
No closet for clothes. Where you put your clothes?
100% it can be difficult to arrange some of these new build bedrooms to accommodate clothing. Not many of the show homes have anything for this unless the room has enough space for a fitted wardrobe. It’s something we always look out for and shelving in the bathroom for toothbrushes etc.
