I love that she has him doing presentations to kids. She’s using this to not go down in vain. Kids will listen to him. Get out there and change the area thug, you can do this. Don’t let greed and money ruin this opportunity 🙏🏻

Might as well lock him up… all those requirements, you bound to screw up something to violate probation.

That’s why he needs good management around him.

No. Not if you understand what a blessing it is to be set free and walk out like he is. A smart person can get through this super easy. He has support and hopefully he will give it his all. I’m sure he rather this than 40 years lol maybe 60 considering the backload

@ smartest thing he could do is move as far away as he can… Alaska or Hawaii but since he’s required to come to Atlanta 4 times a year and all this other stuff AND he has to follow all of these conditions for 15 years… yeah good luck with that. It’s like they tempting him by keeping him close while saying you can’t be here.

A lot of it is about money, but I think also a lot of it was about the prosecution “winning “and also to use The as an example for any remaining that have not taken up. Please go ahead and take a plea. Actually, basically what has happened here is the state was about to, lose this case to a mistrial and have to start completely over so they had to scramble and lean more towards making the defense happy rather than trying to block these people up for the rest of their lives or else this millions of dollars spent on this almost year long trial would have all gone to waste and I can guarantee you 100% that she would not have been reelected as district attorney lol this is the only way they could avoid trial and they could somewhat win innocent but also give defendants a pretty sweet deal. We’re being honest here have gone to the jury and they would’ve deliberated. Who knows how long, they were gonna come back with guilty verdicts. That is no doubt. Everyone knew that.

He is free to go for time served, but he will be on probation for 15 years which is a life time to mess up! If he mess and fail probation a 20 year prison sentence will be waiting for him! To show you how easy it will be for him to mess up, he just have to show up in the Metro Atlanta area without permission and he would have failed probation!
