I went back through and hooked it up to my acc wire because if I had the radio channel on. it wouldn't shut off when car shutoff. Since then never had a problem with it.
Yes Thank YOU!!! I had no sound at all from my speakers. For these cheap Chinese Android radios, all I did was connect... BLUE "Antenna" wire to RED "Accessory" wire. RED wire only has power when the key is turned ON. YELLOW wire has power to it constantly. DO NOT connect the blue 'Ant' wire to the yellow wire or your radio will drain the battery. Just make sure before you do this that your volume is at level 1 or 2. I had the "Loudness" button on and the volume at level 9, and it about blew my speakers out!!
So i just ran across this issue so the place that hooked my stereo up has my Blue ant. Wire hooked to two other blue wires. Do I also tie those other two blue wires into the acc.?

So I had similar problem, I was using an amplifier, I had power antenna hooked up to trigger on amp. Only worked on radio so your video helped me find that issue. I wired amp to acc and works perfectly. The other amp trigger wires don't work for some reason

I literally just had this same issue lol. I forgot the antenna wire power is only while using radio. Was driving me crazy then I hooked the blue factory amp wire to the accessory wire and boom all good.

There could be many reasons for that Bluetooth isn't the best way to transfer music if your device is too far away or if there's some other thing that causes interference. If your phone is bouncing around allot can affect it. Or if you're radio is moving around and not secure because brackets broke all these things could be cause of Bluetooth interference. Maybe try moving device closer and not using it while transferring music if that doesn't work take the stereo out if I remember right there might be a Bluetooth antenna on the back try repositioning it away from any metal.
I got same unit it works fine radio, Bluetooth I have sound. I hooked up a PlayStation mini to the rca jacks I have the video signal I can see a picture when you click the AV app. But I get no sound. Weird thing is if I turn the radio on and power the PlayStation I can hear the PlayStation sound behind the radio. But if I go in av app nothing no sound but I do have picture.

Amp trigger is probably wired to power ant. So only triggers amp on during that time. Wire it to acc on. Was my problem but this video helped me figure out the issue. Not sure why he had to do this unless he had an amp

Reason I ask is because mines started acting up in the same manner after months, I also run an amp and subs. This is how it happened: 1. First few months the radio worked just fine, after a around 6 or 7 months it would play music just fine but then the radio began heating up really bad and then the door speakers went off and only the sub worked which of course sounds like shit cause it's just straight up bass. 2. So I tried looking into the motherboard and all of that and found that one piece looks like it had thermal paste at one point and it's melting off slowly, not sure if I should replace the thermal paste and re-apply it but looking to see if your method here helps... Which is why I had asked if it's a fresh install or happened later on after installation.
This was a new install, yours sounds like your speakers are using more power then the stereo could produce but if there hooked to your amp then you should be fine. So I'm not sure what's going on without looking at your setup.

Hello I have the same radio but doesn’t give me sound when I put the Bluetooth or usb only working and give me sound with the channels of the radio what I can do to fix that problem let me know ASAP please
check and make sure you hooked it up to acc wire and not the constant hot wire. Sometimes the acc wire stays on until you open the door. You might just have to play around with it and see if you can figure out why it's not turning off. Usually the red and yellow is the 2 wires one is constant and the other is acc.

You should have two wires on your radio that are blue one for power antenna and one blue one for power remote the power antenna turns in in tanneron electric in the vehicle if there is one and the other blue wire is your remote to your a m p

Hi. I need your help. I'm from Poland and I don't understand much from the movie. My problem is that I have no sound when I play music via bluetooth, pendrive or from radio memory. When I turn on the radio application, the sound works. I have a system bose in my car, the radio system is the same as you. I noticed that the original amplifier in the trunk only gets electricity when the radio application is on, .When the music is playing from the pendrive the amplifier has no power on the speaker cables and the speakers are not playing. The blue cable behind the radio powering the antenna has no electricity either. Do i Need to change something in factory settings? Please help me.

If it's not searching you'll have to manually put radio stations in if it's not receiving the stations then your antenna needs replaced or possibly your antenna came disconnected. I'm not sure without looking at it.
@jasproduction44 Dammit I just bought one of these and having same issue. I spliced into the acc and it seemed to work fine when I did it yesterday. Everything was functioning but today when I turned off the car(and I tried this multiple times) my radio wouldn’t turn off so it was still getting power somehow. Strange because when I tested the acc wire with key off it didn’t have power and neither did the stereo wire. Somehow between last night and today it has power when ignition is off and the stereo will just run till battery dies or something else. I tried this multiple times and different ways. Anyone have any helpful advice on this as im ready to just return this thing and go buy some name brand stuff. I’d rather not as it’s much more expensive. Thanks in advance to anyone with help.
Here's a couple things that pop to mind your key ignition is broken and your not turning the car all the way off. (Rare situation but does happen) or the acc wire is somehow a constant and hooked to a relay so looked like it shut off for a second then turned back on. Either way highly unlikely might have to start over and look for a new acc wire or create one.
Not sure my car the red wire was the acc after you turned the car off did you open the door sometimes the acc wire stays on until the door opens. May have to put a wire tester on it to find out which one is the acc wire.
@@jasproduction44 the doors where locked I changed the wires and left the car locked but when I was at home looking at the car I saw the radio still on so I rushed down to remove the red and blue wires and the battery died so I took out the radio
Hi I have this same radio. I've never used the blue tooth so no idea about that but! When I have the satnav on and the speech direction (or beeps) starts it cuts out the radio or media player sound. Now I know they do this as standard but normally it should only cut the sound for the announcement and then resume the audio from the radio ect. Mine cuts all sounds except the sat nav. To resume radio/media sounds I have to exit the satnav program. I've looked in setting and can find nothing? I wonder if this is a related problem? Thank you

Yeah I fixed it going through the factory settings and it's set at 100 I just turned it down until I found a good volume.

check and make sure you hooked it up to acc wire and not the constant hot wire. Sometimes the acc wire stays on until you open the door. You might just have to play around with it and see if you can figure out why it's not turning off. Usually the red and yellow is the 2 wires one is constant and the other is acc.

What I did after that was use the app of Bluetooth in stereo and then put play and works

Yeah hook up the blue antenna wire with your acc wire it will kick your amplifier on.

If your amp is kicking on when radio is on then your at where everyone else gets stuck but once you connect the blue wire, your golden.

You probably need an interface module. Most newer cars have to pass through the bcm that’s why your original radio works.

Anyone have any helpful advice on this as im ready to just return this thing and go buy some name brand stuff. I’d rather not as it’s much more expensive. Thanks in advance to anyone with help.
Here's a couple things that pop to mind your key ignition is broken and your not turning the car all the way off. (Rare situation but does happen) or the acc wire is somehow a constant and hooked to a relay so looked like it shut off for a second then turned back on. Either way highly unlikely might have to start over and look for a new acc wire or create one.
Blue connected to the yellow wire ?
No connect it to acc wire I think it's red. I think the yellow is the constant wire it will drain your battery.
@@jasproduction44 the radio is on while the car is still off it's not red
Not sure my car the red wire was the acc after you turned the car off did you open the door sometimes the acc wire stays on until the door opens. May have to put a wire tester on it to find out which one is the acc wire.
@@jasproduction44 the doors where locked I changed the wires and left the car locked but when I was at home looking at the car I saw the radio still on so I rushed down to remove the red and blue wires and the battery died so I took out the radio

Hi I have this same radio. I've never used the blue tooth so no idea about that but! When I have the satnav on and the speech direction (or beeps) starts it cuts out the radio or media player sound. Now I know they do this as standard but normally it should only cut the sound for the announcement and then resume the audio from the radio ect. Mine cuts all sounds except the sat nav. To resume radio/media sounds I have to exit the satnav program. I've looked in setting and can find nothing? I wonder if this is a related problem? Thank you
