Well another video where I find out I am doing everything right, BUT that one thing. That I am now going to fix. Keep em coming, they make the grind that much better.
Finally the first UA-camr that shows realistic number of calories if it comes to gym workouts. The only way to burn more calories on a efficient way is to do more cardio. Running for example, you will burn approx. 100 calories each mile!

3500 calories of gain/loss will cause a 1 lb gain/loss. If you are 10 lbs overweight, you need to burn around 35000 calories.
Stop looking for short fixes, it took you years to get to where you are, it will take years to get back (safely).
My methods:
1) Sleep enough
2) Meal prep to get your macros with a 100-500 calorie deficite
3) Work out (walks, runs, weights... just do more)
Step 2 is where it is hard, find a calculator to guess your calories/fat/carb needs. Try to lower one or more and see if you can maintain it for more than a week, if not you did too much and need to adjust. For protein, get more than .5grams for your body weight.

@bandhanudeshi2729 Depends on a person. Both of these situations are the same - it all revolves around fasting for a period of time that's uninterrupted. But Personally I don't get hungry before 12AM, so forcing myself to eat at 7 or 8Am and then skip a meal I actually enjoy at 7PM would be a nightmare.

@@THEKING-zc1ed chips, sodas, double cheeseburger 🍔🍟 fries candy, lots of sweet breads. I stopped after I counted the calories. Ive since dropped 20lbs off my weight.
