There is NO WAY to lose belly fat effortlessly. It takes a lot of hard work! Anyone who says different, doesn't know what they are talking about!
On the contrary it is actually very easy for most people, it is just that people aren’t disciplined enough, and I don’t blame anyone because cutting out sugar and fat from our modern day diet is not easy or practicable sometimes!!!

All seems sound and correct advice! I do find counting calories really helps on a cut though it just gives me a road map of sorts and also if I've been a good boy and deficit is on point a burger fries and a beer dosent hurt here and there.

also 10.000 steps.... this is not even that much. about 7km a day. i do about 7000 to 12000 steps just at work and i feel like i did nothing when i come come. i can go for another 10km walk no problem

I lost 15 pounds during 2 weeks in Japan then lost another 5 more eating hot pot style (dashi broth with a boatload of veggies and 5-8 oz some kind of protein) and getting more exercise. I drink tea twice a day (that too with brown sugar) and dont eat fast food what so ever. In India its usually parotta's (maida) that I eat like once in a month. While in native , cant reject granny's sweets. Could you suggest any tips so burn more fat. We generally eat rice only

"cut off sugar" you say. Do U mean carbs? Like in keto diet? Or just sugar, like in candies, sugary beverages, cakes, buns and shit?
Fruit can not solve losing weight. Sugar turns into other things that adds weight eventually. Natural sugar is MUCH better than any other dessert.
What most people struggle with when trying to lose weight is carbs and fat. Sugar becomes carbs, just like anything with flour is automatic carbs. Fat is just what it is and becomes fat.
What you need to remember is that you need energy to do anything, some items are quick energy and some are slow energy. Both are usefull to working out, but overconsumption leads to fat gain as your body attempts to store energy for later use.
This is why calorories, carbs, and fat are most commonly cut on weight loss plans.
Overall, pick veggies and lean proteins for most meals, with a carb as a side (veggies have carbs).
Your subconcsious is the only thing telling you to have sweets, and for most, that craving is because of a micro nutrient defficiency (unless you are someone that commonly eats sweets).
