In GTA VC you will get $50 for helping cops catching a fleeing criminal.
Sadly, rockstar didn't add back that feature to other GTA games
This feature is also present in Liberty City stories
and vice city stories
Imagine helping cops as a criminal lol.
You could even see some buses dropping and boarding the passenger along the street. You could steal one and become one of these as passengers depart and embark your bus by stopping at the bus stop signs.
Well the feature of taking a commercial flight to travel to other cities is also a feature only present in gta San Andreas..........

No in LCS it is ferry service, means you can literally go to another city with your fav vehicle without having to travel all the way

The trashmaster job is also exclusive to GTA LCS. Also it has a funny fail text if you leave the vehicle abruptly. It says "Too hard for you? You're garbage"
You forgot the good citizen side mission in GTA Vice City
It's not a mission, it's just a small money reward for helping the police. And appeared in VC, LCS and VCS.
Vice City isn't the only one to have this feature

9:13. Fun fact. the grapple system in VCS was also in Bully too. and there's even unused choke animation for Jimmy to use while being behind of npc
And the back stab animation CJ does in San Andreas was the exact same one in Manhunt.

There originally was going to be buying safe houses in rdr2 , but they scrapped it , we can see it hidden in the game's files

GTA Lost and dammed has a unique race that allows you to hit rivals with a bat, and has a new gang war missions, The Ballad of Gay Tony has the fight club and the drug wars

Also the explosive AA-12 in TBoGT is just pure bliss. I don’t think that you can find an automatic shotgun like that elsewhere.
it is still one of the best, most disgusting and overpowered weapons in my opinion. and it’s just so fun to mess around with.
On top of getting swole in the gym on GTA SA, it also has fast food places, where if you over-eat, you vomit. If constantly eat food, CJ will get fat, his dialogue will change and characters will insult your weight. Big Smoke and Sweet will tell you to hit the gym, and you'll even get cutscenes with Truth insulting you and saying to come back when you lose weight.
Not just Truth you forgot that Wu Zi Mu also did the same with the mission where you have to swim to the boat and he also insulted you if you didn’t have the lung capacity to make it and in GTA SA if you didn’t keep going to the gym not consistently just every other day or so that you would also lose muscle mass for it and if you didn’t eat like at all you would lose fat AND muscle so it was pretty interesting to see
In San Andreas, you can also survive the highest of falls if you have maxed your max HP while also being on full health.
Bru, Tommy can do it easily in Vice City
That’s also a feature that’s left untold. You can max out HP and armor bars
Thats a glitch, theyve patched it on newer releases. Also Tommy can only lose like max 25hp even after the highest of falls.
In vicecitty you don't need to max up your HP and tommy can even survive with HP 50%

There's also a Bus driving mini game exclusive to Vice city.
And in GTA LCS after completing car salesman missions, snowfall occurs.
Tommy can survive falling from any height, but can't swim too😂

Also you forgot something. Gta VCS and Gta LCS are the only 3D era games that lets you sprint with heavy weapons. No other game has that feature, not even Gta San Andreas.

It does say a feature that exists in just that one game, in which that feature appears in two games.
If anything, the uploader forgot:
- Helping the cops when they chase someone in Vice City.
- Trucking and Quarry Missions in San Andreas.
- Trashmaster Missions in Liberty City Stories.
- Controlling a robot, namely Domestobot, in Vice City Stories.

Fun fact: the original plan for GTA 3 was to be a 100% top down view game just like GTA 1&2. Thankfully someone in the team suggested a change in perspective, and the rest is history.
No documents prove that. GTA III was obviously designed with 3D in mind.

They are separate games. What makes them one? A map? No, we had it in LCS and VCS.

I said it before and I'll say it again, if they ever remastered GTA IV for the PS5 they should give it a cool niche name like Grand theft Auto give me liberty 🗽 were they basically let you play GTA IV the way you play GTA V switching through the pro tags, in completing their stories individually only playing as a combination of them when they meet up during story mode.
GTA San Andreas has ton of features .. you forget them all 😢.. like Playing videogames... tournament/Stadium 🏟️ races .. learning new moves .. Gang Territory control....and much more

However, OP's wording is still wrong. Gore encapsulates all these things, so the other games still have a gore system. Just no arm/leg dismemberment.
@Onaterdem how am I wrong? Gta 3 still had an actul system where limbs would come off, the other gta games don't have that and all the did with headshots was shrinking the head in those other gta games which doesn't count
older gta games had very unique small game mechanics that modern days HD GTA Games will never have

3. if you point the camera at your homies/girlfriend, they will change their pose.
4. You can give your camera your homies.

7. Cars can get nitro.
8. You can gamble.

10:26 In "Bully" (released 2 years before GTA IV) you can also pick-up objets and throw them as you please. I know this is not a GTA game, but it's still a Rockstar game and to be fair it has many unique features !! :)
Also 10:03 CJ can grab ledges too in San Andreas if the wall he want to climb is high, but he cannot move like Niko.

In Vice City, I recall you getting money for destroying police helicopters.
TBH, if we're talking about GTA games so far, I think GTA V gives out more "exclusive" feature, like each character special ability, weapon modification (I might be wrong, so do correct me), submarine vehicle, an actual seamless character switch (which TBH, just now games kinda using these feature), and probably an actual animal that actually able to attack you (this, I'm not sure other GTA before have done it)
Stock market, taking selfies, tennis, hunting... That game was packed. Can't wait for 6
Something from GTA 4 on pc that I wish they’d reintroduce to the series is being able to assemble a radio station with your own music files. Absolutely love that, I still play it for that reason.

Last unique one for San Andreas I loved was the gang turf mechanic
I remember getting super buff and went into rival gang turf shirtless with an AK and just start a gang war because why not. It was hilarious, i was walking about looking like I just came out of an 80’s action movie single handedly squashing all the opposing gangs like some kind of gangland god

Fun fact: The multiple character switch was inspired by Driver San Fransisco shift mechanic were instead of swapping through different characters you took control of car drivers while remaining yourself (98% of the story take place in the character's mind so don't ask)

Cj also survives a fall from any height when his stats are maxed out. Only works without a parachute.
You forgot the bus transportation thingy in VC, you can pick up passengers from a stop and drop them at the next stop and get money
GTA SA also had two player co-op on PS2. I've never found any proof that it exists other than extremely clear memories of me and my brother playing co-op and activating the riot cheat every time.

San Andreas also was the only game where your character could change appearance (i.e. buff, fat, skinny) It also was the only one where you could recruit help or wield 2 guns

In VCS you can get your weapons back by buying a police bribe, if you get wasted or busted, and you can buy a ticket to a phil collins concert

The car crusher was a great way to make in earlier games. Miss that feature.
Loved delivering pizzas and buying tools in VICE City. Used to use the mall in that game to mess around with the cops alot.
Enjoyes buffing up at the gym in San Andreas and taking gang territory. The burgler mechanic needs a come back.
I hope a future game bring back the many odd jobs you can do from vigilante, to ambulance, to taxi and pizza driver and so on.

The Hellenbach GT was probably my favorite car of all time.in the GTA series. It was an LCS exclusive.

You should've mentioned gta ctw too, that was the only game where we could make our own molotovs, sell drugs, interactive car jacking and many more side activities and minigames

Rockstar needs to give us a quality remastered series of 3,VC, and SA. Then just give us an epic GTA where you can go to all 3 mains cities.
GTA III had modded gang cars.
Lost and Damned was the only one you could drive Johnny's bike, you could drive in a gang formation and get perks.
Ballad of Gay Tony you had cage fighting, Bouncer work and the Police tank.
I hope they take notes and add these things to GTA six

VCS's melee combat is very underrated, just like the game itself honestly. LCS has those time-slowing pills and other exclusive features too, man i really wish these two games had proper PC ports, but alas.
