I've always hoped to bump into Julianne, Marty, Andy and gang to chat with them about their work. Ever since hearing it, I've been fascinated by Marty's solo on Outshine the Sun. I would love to know how he did it and his inspiration. Julianne has a voice that is criminally overlooked just because AAE weren't manufactured pop. The best rendition ever of She Moves Through the Fair was by her! & I've heard quite a few
Many thanks Derek, another welcome upload. I was at this one and remember an atmosphere on stage, with Marty not in the best of moods, hence his reaction after In The Clouds. He even went off stage in a different direction and I think only played a few more showw with AAE.
We saw Eve acoustic at the Borderline; I think was the final time. My daughter wears my tour tshirt now, even though she wasn't born for another 3 years! What was it Andy didn't like? Blind Lemon Sam? :)
