Achilles Tendon Rupture (Classic Signs)

Here is a PT exam of a 43 y/o gentleman with classic signs of an Achilles Tendon Rupture.
✅ A "pop" in the back of the lower leg while accelerating forward in soccer.
✅ Bruising over the Achilles tendon.
✅ A "divot" in the Achilles.
✅ A positive Thompson Test.
✅ Excess toe curling with resisted plantar flexion.
✅ Inability to control plantar flexion descending.
✅ Significant plantar flexion weakness.
