Even when I'm able to start a stream on time it's not long before I need to pause or rewind for one reason or another then I'm forever lost in the annals of YooToob, never to find my way back (when back!?) 🎉
Johnny has no idea how much of this is usual fare for people running a restaurant, their local indian place? owner has to spend 6 hours a day doing chores for the fey just to open the doors each night, local chippy has dealings with a colony of potato dryads and had to broker a peace between three tribes of harpies just to get the fry oil.
Having not played Dave the Diver, being just as blindsided as Johnny is when they have another game mechanic pop up is just hilarious. Would love to see more!
Ursula Le Guin, But a Cat is a wonderful name. Is she working on The Word For World Is Meow? BTW, got Later Alligator because of Johnny’s stream and just reached the true ending. What a delightful game! I do hope they continue with it, as it would be interesting to see what Johnny thinks of the various endings. My reaction to one of them made my cousin almost fall off her chair laughing!
hope you get to see this, you have inspired me to attempt to start a UA-cam d&d series, I'm currently writing the first season, hoping to run two groups in the same world and churn out 26 2 hour episodes for each group (based on our weekly regular sessions going for about 6 hours. hoping to have the first season ready to go with our new channel in early 2025 (don't want to put any pressure on getting the first season recorded) one group from the continent and the other from an ocean going empire, setting is split between steam punk/early industrial and napolionic-ish ships and such
If you liked the Matilda Musical, Tim Minchin's other musical, Groundhog Day, is very worth checking out! The song Stuck is especially good if you like his musical comedy; One Day is good if you like his more emotionally stirring showtunes.
This frequently reminds me of the blooper from Yugioh The Abridged Series in which Martin Bellamy made fun of the moment he lapsed into his natural British accent while having Yugi say "Did you just throw a bloody harpoon at me?" Every time I hear "'arpoon!" it's right back to "Loo! Fish 'n chips! Apples and pears! Fanny! Harpoon!" ...Though I don't confuse it for Johnny, as earlier on in the joke Yugi says "God save the Queen" and they'd never be a monarchist like that.
Greetings to all the others VOD skellies like me.
Greetings! One could say we’re perpetually Late To the Party 😂
Greetings!
@@ilikechococookies342 i would say its impossible to be late to vod squad

Hello to you too
Johnny has no idea how much of this is usual fare for people running a restaurant, their local indian place? owner has to spend 6 hours a day doing chores for the fey just to open the doors each night, local chippy has dealings with a colony of potato dryads and had to broker a peace between three tribes of harpies just to get the fry oil.
I mean fair enough, but you don't expect this kind of hardcore realism in Dave the Diver, I was looking for escapism 😜

All work and no dive, makes Dave a dull guy.
