Hii Antara, that's because ,they will not have money in their pockets to invest for music. Making cover is cheap on cost. Only recoding and studio costs. Kareokes are available online for free ❤️ And covers will have more click through rate...as compared to originals.....allmost all original and indipendent artists like us are underrated always😔....unless one of our song gets viral After working for months we only get 300 views on originals. So people preffer covers. if he only want to grow as singer My own experience ❤️

Hello sir! I made a guitar cover of the solo section of a song a few days back. I had used a backing track downloaded from the net for my solo. A day after my video was posted, it got a copyright claim and it was blocked. Now I am thinking of making the backing tracks all by myself. Still then would there be any chance of getting a copyright claim on my videos. Please suggest me some ways in which I can make covers of solo sections without getting a copyright claim.
As I said there's no surety that you won't get a copyright claim, but you can try and avoid using backing track which are same as original and create your own, doesn't guarantee monetization but still has much better probability.
