Yes. "black people" as people call them, don't have black skin, they clearly have brown skin. And "white people" don't have white skin.
When I hear the word white, I think the literal color. When I hear the word black, I think of the literal color. Y'know why? Becuse nobody on this earth is actually black or white. I used to call "white" people tan, and "black" people brown. Because that's what color they were to three year old me. My friend's skin loooked like my brown crayon. My other friend's skin looked like the tan paper covering the brown crayon.
Thanks! And when I hear pale people, I actually think about literally pale people. The simple phrase makes me think of people with milky porcelain skin since I've only ever seen "white" people as being pale. The word pale itself, usually makes me think of a pail, like a bucket if it isn't clear what object or person is being spoken about.

EDIT: I can't believe I actually have to say this. If you watch the many 'why i left buzzfeed' videos you will notice a common theme, the company does not allow it's employee's to take credit for the creative idea's they come up with. So things like 'LadyLike' which i believe was a creative idea of two of it's employee's, buzzfeed now take total ownership of that idea and this is what many of it's employee's did not like or agree with.
Rather than buzzfeed allowing their employee's to take ownership of their creative idea's, this has had a negative effect on buzzfeed where a) many of them leave and b) the creative idea's cease because they know they will not be able to use their own idea's elsewhere (mainly their own youtube channel).
Buzzfeed is lacking in good content and it's very obvious to see where the majority of that good content came from, the employees who left. Just look at Buzzfeed video's from 2015/2016 to this years stuff, mainly from March onwards, old stuff very good, new stuff bad.

lap tech I sometimes run a marathon on their old videos. Even the mainstream stuffs, I actually enjoy them a lot. Now.. I only rely on Worth it and Tasty. I cannot really rely on Unsolved (1. I am alone mostly 2. They didn't really do much research on it ).
lap tech T That's how companies work. You don't work for a company which, let's say designs clothes, then decide to make your own design while in the company. You work under the company for that reason, if you were hired to design clothes the company has the right to claim it as that is what they're paying you for. You can't do it on the side while working in the company because you would be using their resources and their time to produce a product which would not produce profit for the company.
In the same way, if you were hired to create videos and come up with creative ideas, then that company gets to keep it, and if it wasn't for those companies, those same people would not have been able to produce such things in the first place.
They also can't take the idea after they've left the company either, because not only has that company already claimed it (which is what they have agreed to when they applied for the job), but it would also be taking advantage.
These people would not have been able to have as much success with their project without the company, and to take all the benefits of the project when the company had a role in producing their project, is taking advantage. These people even had a boost because of the company.
Yes, it can feel unfair but that is what they signed up for - that's how business works. They know that, they've stated that in their videos, I'm not here to say they're wrong to leave the company for these reasons, but it's good to know how things work. However, I'm only a teenager so my knowledge is limited.
Their job is to produce content FOR THAT COMPANY
