StarKid is an independant theatre company that started as a group os students from Michigan State University. They became rather popular for their Harry Potter spinoff musical which they posted on UA-cam (Devin played Cho Chang) and have produced a bunch of other content too.
Jen mentions paying it forward in this video, and it gave me an idea...... I'd love to challenge the entire crew of Buzzfeed to make a video where they try to star a Pay It Forward movement around the city of Los Angeles and see how far it spreads.

I applied for a research job at Buzzfeed, but haven't heard back yet. I would love to work at Buzzfeed, and I think that my Master of Library and Information Science degree would serve me well in the Buzzfeed research department. I think that besides experience and degrees, Buzzfeed is a lot about personality. You may not want to post stuff like this in their comments if all you say is that you have the right degree and "need" that job. A lot of people are just like you, so you have to set yourself apart with all the (more or less) unique attributes you have, including your personality and your ambitions etc that could contribute to Buzzfeed.
