Thanks! I totally agree! I think the problem is people buying them in store with guts included which ruins the taste of the ground feed fish...Wild mullets are almost as good as a sea bass! 😎

I already like mullets, we cook them in all kinds of ways and they always come out delicious but I'll definitely try this one next time - I always catch a ton of mullets when I'm in Croatia so some extra variety in the recipes is always appreciated :) (this is more like Kentucky Baked Mullet though, but other than that, looks great!)
