Always think of the positive side of what this two gentlemen have done. If you will wait from the govertment to do this, it will take ages as they will look for contractors to do this and do the bidding process. This two doing this because they have the heart! This maybe a vlog yet both helps to thier need. Just support them. Thank you for your effort that makes the difference.

The water barely moved, still lots of work for the drains to be functional.
