If you’re wondering why the Karate, here’s a quote from an article written by The Sun about Beckham directing the video. “It was also recorded at the town's local karate club as a tribute to the drummer's late father who was a karate fan.”
I don’t get why people are complaining about the filming just cuz Brooklyn filmed it lol Ik he’s the son of rich and famous people that doesn’t mean he deserves free hate lol I’m sure he filmed it this way as it fits the indie style if the song :P stop being so judgemental, they all worked hard
I want to stick around Not sure what I'm waiting for I want to be on time I want to see you on the other side My room feels empty Like you were always meant to stay When I turn out the lights When I close my eyes again And in the dead of night When I'm at peace with all this shit Take another breath You are a pain in my chest What keeps you up at night? I mean it's none of my business And I'll be fine When I turn out the lights When I close my eyes again Oh my baby's losing so much sleep And I can't breathe, 'cause in those eyes All I can see is where I want to be It's beautiful Oh my baby's losing so much sleep And I can't breathe, 'cause in those eyes All I can see is where I want to be It's beautiful You want it, you got it The moonlight in your pocket Cover up your eyes from what they televise If you want it you can have it It's the end of the world Stop smiling back, stop looking back You want it, you got it The moonlight in your pocket Cover up your eyes from what they televise If you want it you can have it It's the end of the world Stop smiling back, stop looking back at me I'm bored, I'm lost I don't know what to say And I haven't for a while but I'll say it anyway And I think too much The world goes on and on and on Oh my baby's losing so much sleep And I can't breathe, 'cause in those eyes All I can see is where I want to be It's beautiful Oh my baby's losing so much sleep And I can't breathe, 'cause in those eyes All I can see is where I want to be It's beautiful
you gotta look deeper into it rather than take it at face value, I honestly think there’s something to take away that everyone’s passing off cuz it isn’t straight forward.
I don’t think this is worth the hate in the comments. It fitted the style of many indie band music videos I’ve seen before this one. People are just being harsh cause of who directed, doubt you’d of taken much notice as to be so critical if not him.
Fantastic song and Brooklyn you are one talented lad. I am all in for his taste of standout stuff be it his videos, photos, dressing sense. Keep up the good work.
great song!! and great shots by both directors, they really encapsulated the feel of the music. also to see Brooklyn enter the world of film/directing so seamlessly is just amazing👏
Have to agree with others that the work on this video is bad. May be it is meant to look amateurish and like it's done on a simple hand held or something, but if it isn't, it really lets the band down. Having Brooklyn Beckham on anything only guarantees laughs and a nod as to what being the sprog of famous parents gets you, not talent or aptitude at your craft.

Sorry but this band offers nothing new or original or interesting. It's a mediocre generic rock band. A dime a dozen. Looking for something interesting? Try Gus Dapperton or The Buttertones.
Look, I'm not saying it's a bad band. Their music is good -- but just good. And "just good" is not enough to make it stand out from the oodles of good rock bands out there vying for something more than just passing fame. Gus Dapperton and The Buttertones may not be the greatest musicians ever but both those acts managed to develop a style that is uniquely their own; listen to any song from either of them and you instantly know who the artist is. This is what JAWS is missing: a distinct style that sets them apart from the rest. Until JAWS can develop a tone and attitude that is uniquely JAWS, it will remain mediocre.
Guatemalan American hardly fleeting fame mate there three albums in all self funded and self written and have a wide fan base growing over the past few years. In context to most modern big indie label music they’ve carved out there own style whether that be avant-garde enough for you just to prove a point is redundant.

I think the song and the video are both beautiful. congratulations to all.

Favourite song from the album :)
I want to stick around
Not sure what I'm waiting for
I want to be on time
I want to see you on the other side
My room feels empty
Like you were always meant to stay
When I turn out the lights
When I close my eyes again
And in the dead of night
When I'm at peace with all this shit
Take another breath
You are a pain in my chest
What keeps you up at night?
I mean it's none of my business
And I'll be fine
When I turn out the lights
When I close my eyes again
Oh my baby's losing so much sleep
And I can't breathe, 'cause in those eyes
All I can see is where I want to be
It's beautiful
Oh my baby's losing so much sleep
And I can't breathe, 'cause in those eyes
All I can see is where I want to be
It's beautiful
You want it, you got it
The moonlight in your pocket
Cover up your eyes from what they televise
If you want it you can have it
It's the end of the world
Stop smiling back, stop looking back
You want it, you got it
The moonlight in your pocket
Cover up your eyes from what they televise
If you want it you can have it
It's the end of the world
Stop smiling back, stop looking back at me
I'm bored, I'm lost
I don't know what to say
And I haven't for a while but I'll say it anyway
And I think too much
The world goes on and on and on
Oh my baby's losing so much sleep
And I can't breathe, 'cause in those eyes
All I can see is where I want to be
It's beautiful
Oh my baby's losing so much sleep
And I can't breathe, 'cause in those eyes
All I can see is where I want to be
It's beautiful
I wish I knew what guitar they're using, and the setup.

Ojalá vengan a México algún día.
Great song, keep it going guys. Greeting from Mexico ❤️.
A huevo! Espero algún día haya más comunidad para que se dejen caer
En verdad me encantaría que ellos se hagan muchísimo más famosos, lo merecen.
Does anyone have the ukulele chords? I love this song a lot
Good to see they keep the camera away from Brooklyn
Excellent song, but the music video is all over the place.

I actually think it's pretty good. I don't know what you'd do better.
Great song but video is terrible
