Don't Be a Donkey - Make a Decision

  • Опубліковано 28 тра 2019
  • We are faced with decisions all the time. But even when choosing is not easy, choices must be made.
But the truth is, we can't really know which choice will be better, until we tried out one of them.
Also none of the decisions have to be permanent. We can always change our mind and switch. So don't be afraid of making the wrong choice.
The worst thing that could happen is that you learn something new about yourself and what you prefer.

Unless you die in the process that is...
But that could be a lesson for others so maybe success should be shared with the community, no?
Like old rich countries did a lot of ill stuff, basically learned and gathered wealth on the expense of other nations viewed as poor and underdeveloped. Now when those countries grow they want to take the same roads, it's logical. But the rich countries want to stop them from various reasons, like protecting the environment or whatever. It's like wanting to impose playing on a leveled plain, the current one but one is in his underwear and the other has a mech suit. That's not really fair now... So it should be logical to stay away of help them to compete at your level, give them a mech suit.
But it's worse that old rich countries seem to become oligarchy ruled and the plain ground is kept as a gimmick, as it's ok only as long the mech guys keep their advantage. All is for profits. Stifle foreign advancements such as the case of Huawei and th 5G implementation and the rest of the nonsense with fake news and espionage accusations without any kind of proof. And care less about the environment, exporting trash, buying o2 in the form of planting forests while not doing something in actually decreasing their carbon imprint, turning decade old protected natural zones in to mining territories. And it seem the seed is unregulated capitalism all spread from the most proud capitalistic power, USA.

I'm 32 and back at school for the third time, trying to find a suitable career path and, trust me, it's not as easy as it was 10 years ago. As an adult and eventually as a parent you have waaaay more responsibilities and dropping everything so that you can chase a dream is nearly impossible. So, NO! You don't have an eternity to make mistakes and learn whan you don't want! Focus on your strengths and find a path that utilizes them. Get a professional help if needed.. Or available because it's hard to find where I'm from.

It is better to make the right decision, choose the right option from the beginning.
It will save you time, you will succeed right away.
If you choose trading stock, after one year you know it is not for you.
Then you choose online business, after one year you know it is not for you.
Now you go for real estate, and you succeed finally. But you have wasted 2 years doing other things.
If you could do a good analysis from the beginning and find out real estate was the best option for you, you would work in real estate and start making money 2 years ago.

WOW. This is actually helpful advice to me. I nostalgically think I wish I knew then what I know now. I got helped by many older people when I was young, but attracted people who meant me harm, wanted to hold me back. I wish I'd listened to the right people. Plus it's painful when I witness younger people doing similar. Getting older lets you see history repeat itself, a wisdom only long living brings.
Today in UK the headlines are about nearly 40 Chinese people found dead from suffocation in the back of a lorry. There was a near identical tragedy some decades back. Their deaths were unnecessary. There was an air vent in the cargo hold where the desperate people were sent to. The driver though generally closed the vent. When they went in it was open. But before setting off out of habit the driver closed it. The contempt for the human cargo as sickening as trying to think of the distress inside, and of the one survivor who apparently lived from eating tomatoes. I've worked out why but am already aware this is the wrong place to post this.

Just realized this a few days ago. I was a donkey for a year. And finally, after I had realized my mistake UA-cam decided to recommend me this video.

That's what really happens in real life.
Story was beautiful and analysis shouldn't be paralysis but example here was bad.
Investment from poor people isn't like investment from rich guys.
If poor guys lose money, they will go to the point that he can't even stand again while rich lose money, he can invest on different project again so he will take back all money he wasted.

    • @gia257
      @gia257 3 роки тому

@Fire Within most insurance companies want the money not the bills, acts of god, war, terrorism, civil unrest, etc are not covered (basically the things that are assured to cause damage), including events where you were involved, e.g. trying to defend your house from vandals causes the vandals to damage the house, then you pay you should have not got involved, well, maybe if you are rich, I believe the towers guy did get a nice payout

"I saw my life branching out before me like the green fig tree in the story. From the tip of every branch, like a fat purple fig, a wonderful future beckoned and winked. One fig was a husband and a happy home and children, and another fig was a famous poet and another fig was a brilliant professor,...and beyond and above these figs were many more figs I couldn't quite make out. I saw myself sitting in the crotch of this fig tree, starving to death, just because I couldn't make up my mind which of the figs I would choose. I wanted each and every one of them, but choosing one meant losing all the rest, and, as I sat there, unable to decide, the figs began to wrinkle and go black, and, one by one, they plopped to the ground at my feet."
    Sylvia Plath, The Bell Jar
