16. Simple CHANGES I made to invite in my SOFT LIFE ERA.

There is a time for doing, there is a time for being. I have spent the last year transforming my life for a softer era. This has been about understanding why I am here, and how I can live my best life. It has been about changing my attitude to work and lifestyle to reduce stress and the idea that struggle is a normal part of life. Above all else, it has been about how I use my energy, and understanding that we can achieve nothing of value without having some sort of trust. Trust in our own meaning, trust to allow softness to creep in.
