In the aftermath of Hurricane Ian, I am sending many prayers to Stone Harbor and all of the shore towns that have been affected by Hurricane Ian. (This video has been recorded one month prior to Hurricane Ian.)

After spending 28 years in South Jersey, 2021 was the first time I was introduced to the shore town of Stone Harbor. A friend and small business colleague owned a home in the town and just knew that based on my recent small business closure my family and I needed a break and a little getaway. When he said, “Hey…Come to Stone Harbor and stay here.” It was honestly one of the best things I could’ve heard at that time.
During our stay, my family and I were tremendously impressed with the cleanliness of the beach and the impressive small business district. Of course, because of my recent Pandemic business closing, I couldn’t help to notice the Chamber of Commerce that rested on their Main Street and even how, in the most in-active and scary times, they looked like they were hard at work for their small businesses. Needless to say, I and my family had a great time. We stayed, we played, and we legitimately had a getaway.
If you are looking to visit Stone Harbor, I hope this video has given you a little bit of a glimpse into what we experienced firsthand-tons to do and much to enjoy.
