Thank you Lord. After a year and a half, I was blessed with a fulltime position at work yesterday. It's been a hard year with my husband passing away and not knowing if he called out to Jesus as I wasn't there. But God supplied what was needed to pay for the funeral. Pastor quoted my 2 favorite verses Romans 5:3-5 and Gal 5:22. God is so Good and Merciful. Blessings to all, karen in FL.
I could use some prayer. I need a hope boost. My dad died 30 years ago today and my only son, who is 30 years old, is very ill. I am hoping and praying that the Lord will have mercy on us and save and heal my son. I am so grateful that we do have hope in our Lord Jesus for resurrection and for mercy and abundant life.

His response was to email the senior pastor about it and said that I should join the evangelism class at the church!!! Yikes, did not expect that!

J.D. I feel like your words were issued just for me today. It is so difficult enduring the trials (the hard ones) with belief, without losing hope. I pray for faith and steadfastness. Not in doubting God nor Jesus, but in my earthly frailty. God is perfect and omniscient, omnipotent, and omnipresent. How on earth (or heaven) can anything be too hard for God? He created the universe, and created life when there was none! He can do it all! What my issue is-my frailty, is aligning my will with God's, I truly believe that NOTHING is too hard for him, but it isn't even about that. It's about his decision.....I have cancer and I pray for a healing from him. I KNOW that he CAN heal me.....but maybe there is a higher purpose that will be fulfilled if he doesn't give me the healing. My fear-b/c I also know in my heart that regardless of the outcome, whatever happens he will use it for my greater good. I spend too much time, chasing my tail, so it were. Motion that goes nowhere! For myself, I need to trust and know that no matter how it turns out, I can be comforted by His perfect will for my life-whether here on earth, or in heaven.

My wife has cancer for the 3rd time. I am quite angry and confused and full of despair. I thought our times of trial were in the past and we were just looking forward to the rapture in reasonably descent health...BUT NO! She got cancer again!..Now the chemo is not working and they don't give her much time. Anyway, my anger seems to be at God for allowing this to happen AGAIN! I have not cussed, screamed and cried this much in my life. I accepted Christ as a teen and have witnessed and supported gospel outreaches/ films "churches" etc etc etc...once I was even kicked out of my fathers house for witnessing to my brother who got upset...And this is what we get!? WTF. I am about done. When people say" God won't put more on you than you can handle"...I've learned that that is a big fat lie. I'm not handling this well at all...Pray for us if you will...it just doesn't seem like God could give a flyin' flip anymore.

This world has nothing to offer. Just remember, we believers have hope, the unsaved don't if they don't repent no matter how fun their life looks. The left behind don't know what awaits them when this life is over. To have Christ is hope for sure

Please pray for me. I just recently questioned an assistant pastor of a church that I had been going to as to why they no longer talk about repentance and saying Yes to Jesus. His response was to email the senior pastor about it and said that I should join the evangelism class at the church!!! Yikes, did not expect that!

J.D. I feel like your words were issued just for me today. It is so difficult enduring the trials (the hard ones) with belief, without losing hope. I pray for faith and steadfastness. Not in doubting God nor Jesus, but in my earthly frailty. God is perfect and omniscient, omnipotent, and omnipresent. How on earth (or heaven) can anything be too hard for God? He created the universe, and created life when there was none! He can do it all! What my issue is-my frailty, is aligning my will with God's, I truly believe that NOTHING is too hard for him, but it isn't even about that. It's about his decision.....I have cancer and I pray for a healing from him. I KNOW that he CAN heal me.....but maybe there is a higher purpose that will be fulfilled if he doesn't give me the healing. My fear-b/c I also know in my heart that regardless of the outcome, whatever happens he will use it for my greater good. I spend too much time, chasing my tail, so it were. Motion that goes nowhere! For myself, I need to trust and know that no matter how it turns out, I can be comforted by His perfect will for my life-whether here on earth, or in heaven.

Thank you, for your encouragement. My weariness is of all the IMMORALITY that we have to deal w/on a daily bases and even the battle with the flesh in my own life. Maybe our redemption will not be just “drawing” near but will happen SOON. Nevertheless, as JESUS told HIS disciples in Mark 11:22....HAVE FAITH IN GOD. Please pray for me, my husband has MS, Kidney Failure and Hypylori. Everytime he gets sick with cold or flu a blanket of fear covers me. So many bills and no money. I become fearful. This is not the America of old where everything was cheap. Bank of America is my greatest fear. Please pray for husband because he is the bread winner with no retirement. I have tried many times to get a job and something always happens so I can not. Stress is so great that my hands shake so bad I can hardly hold a phone please pray for me.

My wife has cancer for the 3rd time. I am quite angry and confused and full of despair. I thought our times of trial were in the past and we were just looking forward to the rapture in reasonably descent health...BUT NO! She got cancer again!..Now the chemo is not working and they don't give her much time. Anyway, my anger seems to be at God for allowing this to happen AGAIN! I have not cussed, screamed and cried this much in my life. I accepted Christ as a teen and have witnessed and supported gospel outreaches/ films "churches" etc etc etc...once I was even kicked out of my fathers house for witnessing to my brother who got upset...And this is what we get!? WTF. I am about done. When people say" God won't put more on you than you can handle"...I've learned that that is a big fat lie. I'm not handling this well at all...Pray for us if you will...it just doesn't seem like God could give a flyin' flip anymore.
