Thank you JD, I've been under attack for some time, funny since I told God he can have and use me at his will after my husband passed 10 yrs back. I gave my life to Christ in 1973. It's funny I say because my walk was bold and enduring to my heart. As soon as I asked GOD to use me I have fought day and night to defend my faith. I'm hit from arrows on all sides but my LORD is worthy and no matter what rescues me from the battles. My hope no matter the day or hour has remained in Jesus Christ. You my friend just spoke our battle, thank you for the encouragement. Glory to GOD IN THE HIGHEST!

Amazing experience with your mother's passing pastor! My family had a similar amazing experience at our mother's passing. She went. We had left the room after a bit and came back a little later. She had this wonderful smile on her face when we returned! That's not how we left her. The funeral director said he had never seen that before.

I am sad because of the way i feel. Listening to sermons does help. I have lonliness., sometimes depression, boredom and lack of motivation. I used to be really happy and now i am not as i used to be. I think that covid,crime,and health problems is bring me down. 5 of my friends went to be with the Lord,also my parents,sister aunt,too so i am lonely. I want some new Christian friends and i do not know what to do. Am not suicidal and refuse to take pillls for depression. I want Jesus to come back now. Does anyone out there feel this way too? I will appreciate any help. Thank you.🙏🕊🙏

I praise God for your encouraging words, to those of us who are going thru our own tribulations. I needed that encouragement. For the last 20 of my life, a group of people have been so jealous of my life's work, that they have done everything in their power (think "mafia style") to destroy me, so they can steal my life's work ... and it has now ended up in civil court. I dont even have the money to hire an attorney, and must represent myself. But thru it all, i have heard the voice of God, encouraging me, letting me know that he has overcome "the world" and that he is in control. Please say a quick prayer for me, for me not to allow my weariness to prevail.

You know Pastor, a few years ago I said "why did God make mosquitos, there is no purpose for them, they just spread diseases" 3 days later I was in the Drs waiting room and picked up a magazine and there was an article about how important mosquitos are to our ecosystem! I apologized to God for questioning him!!

I was just recently observing that I now have gray hairs and was not to happy about it either. A day or two later, God started showing me a verse which states "Even to your old age and gray hairs..." Isaiah 46:4. He had me right up front, to my chagrin.

If Trump is the Antichrist we will have to revise the Bible. As the Bible says, There will be several people that are involved, but the scripture says that he (the Antichrist) will confirm the covenant with many for one week (Daniel 9:27). If he’s not one of the participants, then when he comes to power, he will confirm what has already been done. Daniel 9:27 27He will confirm a covenant with many for one 'seven.' In the middle of the 'seven' he will put an end to sacrifice and offering. And at the temple he will set up an abomination that causes desolation, until the end that is decreed is poured out on him." I believe that God created mosquitoes before the fall. At that point they were used to inoculate life through good DNA. Maybe? :)
