When you go to the gym, do you ever see the same person there every time, working out really hard? With some, you notice you never see any progress with their body. How is that even possible? The same thing goes with business. You can have two people that became entrepreneurs at the exact same time. We'll call them Bobby and Joey. Bobby and Joey are both all-the-timers, working 80 hours a week. But five years into it, Bobby's business does $5 million a year, and Joey's business only does a couple hundred thousand dollars a year. Why is that? It's all about priorities. So in today's video I'm going to get into how to prioritize as an entrepreneur.

Patrick, I started following you a year ago and I had made 42K, over the last year of implementing much of what you have taught me, I shot up to 120K so far and I have one more month left in this quarter to go. Gentlemen, I'm the owner of a commercial services company here in Austin, TX. We started as a just a commercial cleaning company, but as I obtained clients I noticed through conversation with clients that they were always asking if I we did more than just cleaning. As an oportunist, I always asked exactly what they meant, and through that process I concluded that they was a need for a one stop shop for clients. So now we do commercial cleaning, office cosmetic construction, and office make ready such as fresh paint, new carpet install, baseboards, electrical and fixtures are in working order and ensure the office space 100% is ready for the new occupant.

This channel has solid information on business. Other channels only tells you how you should act or watch your attitude but this channel tells you deep inside the business. You are my idol pat. Im now having to put an operating system together after a sudden increase in my restaurant business after a horrific tornados touched down in our city and many people and restaurants didnt have power or water to cook so many new faces wanted to try our restaurant and are now coming back for more! Where i failed is not by having a constant recruitment on hand, learning my lesson and acting fast. Thanks again Patrick! God Bless

I agree with other people that have said this --- "you bring actionable, detailed and valuable content for entrepreneurs." In here, I like how you simplified what entrepreneurship is all about. I appreciate you for taking BIG ideas and making them so much easier to understand!
I for some reason focused mainly on the left side of your chart; Campaign and Operation, but am only starting to get into the right side of it; Leadership and Sales as well... of course I had no clue of that in relation to this paradigm until watching this video but am happy to know better where I've been. Just before watching this I knew I at least needed to focus more on sales, and have known the value of a team, investing more in people but have only begun actually doing it gradually over a long time.
This channel deserves way more subs than it has. Excellent content year-round! Keep it up Pat and the team!

1. I decided to become a founder of my own company and was curious how a tipical day looks like of an entrepreneur? How many hours do you work? How often do you take vacation? Do you work 7 days a week? How often do you hit the gym and read books?
2. What is your opinion on crowd funding vs. traditional funding from "Angel investors" or taking a loan from the bank? Would you recommend one more than the other? Have you ever used any of those 3 financing vehicles?

What i find makes me special is that i can usually think up a great next innovative campaign from nothing out of thin air. At the moment my company is in survival mode and although i am probably not working hard enough (i dedicate my entire day to the business) i am doing my best to make it happen. I want my company to push through this phase so that i can start on leadership develop (which ive started to develop myself extensively) and now i am starting to develop others (in whichever areas i excell at) and hopefully they can develop me as well; such is reciprocation. Once i get to focus on innovative campaigns i tell yah pat i am going to unstoppable. I have i five year plan that i cant wait to implement. It will actually change the entire industry in my country. It revolutionizes the industry here and i can already see the level of explosion that will happen. We will be in every major city in my country and then i hope we can start upselling to existing customers. We might even be able to dominate this industry if we keep to these entrepreneur strategies.
