Looks great, my only hesitancy is that so many earlier volumes are out of print. Really hope Todd announces some reprints soon.
The editor confirmed on reddit they are reprinting them as well as vols 1-4 of the Deluxe ones, but logistics and paper shortages have pushed most of them to 2023.

Took me a long time to complete my HC collection (of the first 10 books), two of which I paid over the odds for, so it's great news that they are continuing Spawn's story in this format.
The stuff about Al being abusive to Wanda was retconned away in recent years, thank God.

Can't wait for my copy to come in I just wish they included the mini series like Angela, Violater , Blood fued etc but still happy they are continuing the line
Since Angela's owned by Marvel and McFarlane doesn't get along with Moore or Gaiman, I'm afraid that's less likely than a Micronauts Omnibus :(
@@cullenn2100 they just recently made spawn compendium that include spawn issue I that has Angela , i think there allowed to use any image book that has Angela but they have to pay a small percentage of the sales to Marvel .
I did a review yesterday of the Batman Spawn Classic Collection that DC put out last month, and my thumbnail just had DON'T BUT THIS. But I am DEFINITELY buying this new volume OMG THEY'RE FINALLY BACK!
If they announced more reprints I might pick this up but now I'm a little hesitant. The art looks beautiful though!

I'm reading Vol. 12 (from 20) with Spawn 139-149 of the Spawn Origins Collection in time. Good, this is the german version from Panini, they have the translated version not ended here in Germany.
I'm so glad that Panini has continued the Spawn Origins series in hardcover for the past few years. Normally I prefer to collect the original USA books. But Image Comics has somehow failed to provide for replenishment. Which is a real pity. So I decided to buy the German version. These also have a slightly larger page format, which is a nice bonus.
Tempted but would really love reprints of the earlier volumes as I wasn't collecting hardcovers at the time.

I'm so glad that the German publisher Panini has continued the Spawn Origins series in hardcover for the past few years and is now at issue 20. He also regularly supplies reprints. Since this series is one of the best selling. Normally I prefer to collect the original USA books. But Image Comics has somehow failed to provide for replenishment. Which is a real pity. So I decided to buy the German version. These also have a slightly larger page format, which is a nice bonus.
I preordered all of the deluxe editions and this one, I’m really excited to get them. I really hope that I end up getting them all.

Hell yea I got the Deluxe edtions coming it's been a long wait for them and I say well worth it 💪😁. With out you brother It would have not been possible.

Omar. Great book. Great art and of course great video as always. I have been Collecting the Spawn Compendiums (including the Black and white) and I am about to order #4 (151 to 200) but with this New release I AM not sure about the compendiums that do not have covers like this edition. But You mention that there is coming a deluxe Edition. Do You know if they are going to be reprints of the Deluxe Edition or from the "origins" edition to make My mind clear on What to choose. ...i still dont undestand why the 'Compendiums' are softcover. I literally bent the cover right away when i was looking through it at Midtown comics. Well guess i left that book as 'used-new' condition!
