You certainly were putting the bike to its limits. I have no track experience, so should talk, but yes I agree you seemed to brake too early (practice?). I have a number of twisty B-roads where I live, but ride them fast as I know every twist and turn and blind spot. I always go much slower on roads I do not know. Perhaps a higher gear might help so you, so not reach the rev limit so early, but then one needs higher torque. However, you are a goer. Enjoyed the video.
Thanks for your comments Malcom. Yes I certainly brake too early and it's mostly out of fear of not making the corner, although I'm sure there is plenty of margin left if only I were braver! I think I'd really benefit from a two-day track day, along side some instruction. I can reflect on the lessons of the first day, sleep on it, and come back ready to do better 😁

Ive done several of them before on this channel just like this, have you missed them? If you recall I tried to save you money on buying a screen for your ktm 390 but you turned me down only to find out the screen didn’t work for you. It would have been nice if you had said something at the beginning or the end of your track day. As a watcher of your channel content means something 👍🏿

Which is why I'm surprised to learn that you have this unrealistic expectation that every video I make should hit a certain set of production values, that you feel I'm a disappointment if they do not. Again, I've made this exact kind of video before, and I will again in the future - feel free to give me a thumbs down if you don't like it, but please understand that it won't stop me making various types of content targeted not just for my subscribers, but the larger You Tube audience.
