Nothing like a Classic on a rainy day, and in my opinion, there's no better route to ride them on than the RTL's 55. There's the old town of Saint-Lambert, a bit of Old Montreal across the water, and of course, the Victoria Bridge. Classics are in fact the only buses allowed with full capacity across the Victoria's roadway, which is not directly supported by the pillars so it can't take as much weight. The Classics being lighter than the LFS (which can still do the 55 but limited to seated passengers only), it can take up the task without a problem.
With the Classics due to retire this year (2014), one must do what they can to see them... and ride them, as much as possible. Enjoy the video!

As of today, there are still 3 in service due to a small fleet shortage. That shortage should be taken care of soon though, as we are taking delivery of 13 more hybrids (21414 to 21426).
