STM bus being towed in the Montreal, Canada downtown core - Nova Bus LFS hybrid from 2019 (39-023)

Here's a video of an STM Nova Bus LFS hybrid bus from 2019 being towed away in the downtown core of Montreal, Canada.
This was bus registration number 39-023.
Usually it's an STM large tow truck that takes these buses to the garage, but this seems to be another kind.
This video was filmed on the evening of Friday, October 11, 2024.

I did have a close call. I was on a 2020 hybrid bus and I saw an indication near the speed indicator that the bus is on low fuel almost empty but a managed to get to my destination.😌

Out here in LA,CA the Metro buses are not towed that way, the buses tires are on the ground and towed.

What the difference between those bus tans the 100% hybrid why is there two version?

The differences are that the newer ones aka 40 k's are from 2020 and this one is from 2018/9

Yes exactly. Older buses run on just diesel and these ones are battery/diesel so less emissions.
