Deux-Montagnes Line: Bois-Franc to Sunnybrooke | Late-December 2020

Join me for a ride onboard exo train #949 along the fast section of the Deux-Montagnes line between Bois-Franc and Sunnybrooke stations. We have a rather cool view out the rear windows of this Bombardier MR-90 EMU train set as we blast through Montreal's Ville Saint-Laurent sector.
I originally included this uninterrupted clip in my recent final ride videos on this line, ahead of its final closure on December 31st, 2020 for its conversion to the Réseau express métropolitain (REM) light-metro system. I figured it was equally worth uploading on its own for the sake of posterity, as this line will forever be changed in the coming years.

It's in an interesting ride. The trains sound a little bit like the Class 323 that's we have here in England. I'm looking forward to seeing the REM in action. Merci beaucoup pour partager. :-)

If i was there on the 31st I would have asked before the train departed to go infront of the train and kneel on the tracks and put a rose down to pay respects to the line.
