Thanks for the video but I must say I can’t believe how difficult they make it to change a light that they know has to be changed eventually! I can do this work, but the average person would not be able to and if they did, they were damaged their paint job probably not line things up properly again loose screws or break plugs etc. this is actually a crazy Bulb replacement. This is why mechanics can make a fortune!

You don't have to remove the grill or the black plastic piece. You can reach the bolts without doing so.
I just saw another video where there is 1 hi beam & a separate low beam. I guess I'll have to pull the assembly to see what I have.
Signal light is out . In that case ? A new assembly is required ??

There is no need to remove the grill. 12in extention on a socket for the bottom bolt. Changed mine in 5min.

Hay folks, you have to do the extra work of removing the grill or all of the black cover over the top of the grill. Just remover the two bolts and slide bracket down. Saves 15 minutes.

How you do it
You don't have to remove the grill but it makes it easier to remove and less chance of breaking stuff
I have a 15 and mine is definitely not like that it has to cords to pull out and I have no ideal where the screws are you speak of mine looks totally different

SoI changed the bulb and my headlight still is out, can it be the wiring socket that the headlight plugs into? Can it be tested first? Dont want to fix what aint broke!
So that sucks. Maybe just a bad replacement bulb. The headlight socket could be checked with a voltage meter.
Auto tech Mike did a video on this issue. Burnt connectors.

How do you change the turn signal light?

Never take off thr grille! Just get a 12" socket extention out in 5 Mins!

I know I could have done it without removing the grill. The grill takes seconds to remove so why not do it then fight trying to wiggle it out.
It looks like my grill won’t pull out with just those 4 bolts but imma gonna try it now. In the past it was a pain to remove that one screw with an extender
This Ram is a 2015 model so if your truck is the same generation of truck that grill should just pop out after removing the four bolts

There are six screws on the back of the headlight assembly. There ain't no way your getting those out without removing the whole headlight assembly
