It’s literally 3 hours of “*Fitness Talk*” imagine if woody had an entire episode dedicated to paramotoring with some paramotoring MPMD type and then every week discussed paramotoring 3-6 times a podcast. Pretty much where we’re at with kyles Narcissism

I don't see many people ever complaining about Zach's production value, nonetheless I think he deserves some praise because when people do their job well it tends to go unoticed because humans have a bias for recognizing negative things disproportionately more compared to positive things. People may be surprised how difficult it is to read the room and immediately have to look things up on demand every few minutes faster than the hosts can do it themselves, and also when to take it down or to switch to different search results depending on the flow of the conversation.

17:30 It's not the oblique that makes that pattern, but it is the serratus anterior. The obliques are under them, but are visible further down and forms that Adonis-belt tapering down to the groin. Kyle is right about their function when he explains that he is flexing his armpits(pushing his shoulders down), but the obliques 'twist the trunk' and aren't attached that far up.
So in the military, the Geneva convention prohibits hollow points. However, in law enforcement cases, such as the uscg doing a boarding on a vessle, hollow points are allowed. In the Coast guard, hollow points are used so that when the round hits someone, it has lower chances of exiting the body and hitting someone else as well. I'm pretty sure the majority of Law Enforcement uses hollow points so that not to hurt someone else.

The most popular round carried by police is the Speer gold dot. It expands reliability and turns into a lead flower. Federal HST and Winchester Ranger are also solid performers.
Gold Dots smell funky. Like the smell of the gunpowder literally smells like quality. It’s qualitatively different from just the smell of regular range load propellants. It shoots slightly hotter than like a standard loaded 124grn but not enough to be uncomfortable.

I have the same gun he used. The hammer does not spring forward if you let it go. You can pull the hammer back to any position of the 4 positions and it will not return to its original position. HOWEVER, if the finger is depressing the trigger and then he pulls the hammer back and it slips from his thumb, then the hammer absolutely can slam forward. So yes. He did have his finger on that trigger

Kyle for working out. U go from exercises that hit a bunch of muscles in the beginning then more isolated at the end. Once u get used to that lower ur rest time, next run a circuit, or doing bench in-between sets do push-ups. Also 50 push ups a day will help u keep ur strength n keep going.
