Man I saw them back in 2008 in a small club before they truly blew up. Room was so packed and wild, sweat was dripping down from the ceiling. Jake then shook everyone’s hands leaving. Good times.
Thank you so much for this. I never knew who they were, but I was here for this legendary set coz my brother told me to check them out. My jaw was dropped the entire time. These guys are monsters. New fan. Better late than never
First saw them live in 2008, JB and Brent (guitarists) came out to the stage to do the final soundcheck wearing pink Hollister shirts and fucking flip flops 😂, me and my brother were about to leave and not watch their set just based on what they were wearing but I'm so glad we didn't leave cause next thing you know they opened up their set with Back Burner and to this day I've seen them 9 times and they easily have one of, if not, the best sounding live show in Metalcore. They have one of the most consistent discographies as well, I don't even think they have one single bad album, and that's hard as fuck to pull off for that many years. Long live ABR!
@@AngelHernandezConcerts Thanks man! Hope you enjoyed the festival! I didn't even know ABR was on the line up otherwise I might have convinced myself to foolishly buy one of those outrageously atrociously overpriced tickets.
I was in the pit in a protect trans youth SeeYouSpaceCowboy shirt. I drove from NC for this, Marianna's Trench is the first metalcore song I ever loved, this was easily one of the best live sets I've ever seen. One of the best crowds I've ever been in, thank you for being a part of it and thank you for recording it, this video is genuinely precious to me and I can't thank you enough for capturing this amazing moment so clearly, thank you! 🖤🙏

JB is the most consistent metal guitarist I know.
Consistently never has shoes on either, ever. Lmao. Always flip flops
Appreciate this upload bro. Had to take a break and sit out and ended up missing out this set. Thank you for documenting this.

What a bizarre combo for a shirt
@@Jonnydrums413the lead singer of the band SYSC is trans is why. Not the anime they took their name from just in case you didn’t know.
Trans what?
That's a pedophilia organization, "trans youth" lol you're a nutjob.
@@CRTWIt's just a dude that cross dresses.
They really should've played messengers
Agreed. They played this at Furnace Fest too and was let down it wasn’t for Messengers.
Man, Jake can’t nail those highs anymore. Age is a mofo! Good set though.
