They're ALL amazing. But the most logical one to pick as the best would be for one which is:
-Economical
-Affordable for workers
-Small enough to park in parking lots.
-Ready and Easy to use
-Does NOT require a drivers licence.
That would be my pick. In White, Blue or Black.
I built model airplanes, graduated in Aeronautical Technology with an A&P and Pilots license.
Later, I graduated with BS in Industrial Engineering and had a career as sales engineer for hydraulics and bearings. At one point in my life I lived in a building with 10 condominiums on the beach. If 5 of the 10 families had their own aircraft there would be some serious problems. Either at our parking lot or at the local airport.

I like no 3. VTOL type planes for small businesses & families are something that will stay with us. No traffic jams, no airport taxes etc. Ideal for the weekend getaway...
It's not that easy though the laws of safe flying don't support the concept of the general public in aerial vehicles for a host of reasons and without a full commercial license only a business owner could fly in furtherance of their own business as it's illegal to be financially compensated other than with gas money.

The flying car is my favorite! As the crow flies for speed and distance. Land on almost any road and drive to destination.

They are all pretty cool and unique. I'll vote for #2, the Samson flying sports car. Just that if it's a good functioning vehicle that can go from my garage, to the airport and then again be my ground transport when I get wherever I want to go ... that would be the most practical one to have. Toys I can use every day make life fun!
It's 120K for the unbuilt kit and even that will already buy a barely used luxury car and a really nice used plane both with far superior performance. Why pay aviation maintenance costs to drive around in a golf cart when now a minor fender bender means a complete airworthiness inspection and that's not happening at the local body shop.
The price may be intimidating, but im liking that cobalt valkyrie
I would pick the Valkyrie over any two engine jet. Maintenance is lower and it gets you there almost as fast. Operation costs are much lower too.

#3 trifan 600 is the best in the list to make air travel more practical, convenient and accessible VTOL is the way to go.
The trifan VTOL is the only flight apparatus worth spending the money I don't have !
I like the last one that doesn’t require a pilot license. the people of the future will force the necessary changes.

Great concept vehicles!
Some important questions that need to be asked about flying cars (aka, roadable aircraft):
1. Safety.
A. If you start your average car, walking up to it, hopping in and driving away is no issue at all. For a vehicle with spinning propeller blades, this is a much different issue. One, those blades are an obvious danger - one misstep and you could get severely injured or killed. Two, the suction from those blades can cause an issue and pull people or hand held items into them
B. If you have a problem with a motorized vehicle, pulling off the side of the road is usually an easy thing to do. If you have a problem with an aerial vehicle, landing it in an unlikely place would be very dangerous.
2. Noise
They should videos of flying car prototypes but rarely let you hear how they sound. Obviously, they are going to be loud and muffling the noise of their engines and spinning blades will be extremely hard to do. Will the pilot and passengers require ear protection?
Now, what happens when you have a huge traffic of flying cars (as in "Back to the Future"). With the average number of daily road accidents or vehicular problems today, you can guess that number would only increase with aerial traffic. What happens if you have an engine failure while flying over a neighborhood or a parking lot? Restricting commuter air traffic to routes over existing roads sounds like it might be a solution, but that would cause air pattern congestion. When you have vehicles with limited flight times, you don't want to lengthen the times they are airborne.
And, what about the noise? One roadable aircraft is likely to be very noisy. What would an entire "aerial freeway" of those vehicles sound like?
I fly RC stuff and have a few hours on my private license and I don't understand how any commercial interests are still being applied to this concept when basic aerodynamics limit the separation between any aircraft whether fixed wing or rotary.
Nevermind the safe vertical and lateral separations required for multi lanes of air traffic in opposing directions and the impact this would all have on regular air traffic and how does everyone coordinate their landings at the local mall? Even with automation It's pure science fiction.
Since aircraft can't safely fly "bumper to bumper" aerodynamically even elite formation flying is actually staggered positioning to avoid flying in turbulent air.
Ironically this means there is much more room on the ground for general public transit than in the air.
No 1 is the best. Affordable, easy to master and fun. If they increase the mileage then it will be the one to watch out for.
I like no5 also.
All the others are mainly transport for people with money, but they look amazing. Independent engineers etc always advance and produce better tech than large industry

i do like that tri-fan 600 & the centairi is beautiful, but the one at #1 has the potential to solve gridlock!
#7, the Valkrie, is the one i like. 150hp engine, 300 mph top speed, & 1,650 mile range

I love the Sampson flying car. Imagine driving your plane to the airport and just taking off. Fantastic at $120K
The problem with flying cars is they never do either well because of the compromises required to do both and 120K will already buy a lightly used luxury vehicle and a used Cessna 182 and both will seat 4.

The Rutan DEFIANT...absolutely!
It’s the safest, the smartest, and the swiftest design for an aircraft. A great design with two engines in a push-pull configuration, so the aircraft can still fly if either one of the engines should fail. What’s Not To Like?

# 7 Valkyrie is the most beautiful design. # 3 is a fantastic design, but not affordable for most people. # 1 is potentially the most affordable of the VTOL for personal use. I don't think the idea of the flying car is becoming more practical, but I am sure that insurance cost and FAA regulations will never allow it become a reality.

I like the one that looks like a predator military drone with the froward cockpit.. some have the tail to close to the landing gear giving less options of landing.

Number 2 by Samson is the most practical. If you are flying to a destination, and the weather gets bad, you land and continue your trip on the ground. You never have to stop your trip for weather. Also, when you do get to your destination, you won’t have to spend more money to rent a car. No hassles waiting for other transportation. The road tests by Samson have been remarkable, it drives like a sports car, and flight tests will be starting sometime this year. This vehicle will be a game changer, and it will be affordable!

It's clever advertising because without any licensing it has to qualify as an ultralight which are severely restricted to use in open areas only you can't fly this to the grocery store and even with a license there's a reason we don't see helicopters just landing wherever they want.

I like number 1 of your presentation. I live in a suberban area, the vehicle would be perfect for me as our farms are two and ahalf hours away by car. It would be great to take a quick look and see of our six farms periodically.
The range was only 25 miles and you would be limited to day time flying in good visibility because of the lack of licensing requirements since those require instrument ratings.
I like number 3, the Trifan 600. It looks like a good point to point aircraft, has very good speed and range, and a reasonable passenger number. It looks good too.
But it's very expensive you need to operate charter business or be rich. The last one is supposed to be the price of a family caravan at least that's their plan in term of price range prevision and that's also cool to be able to use water for take off and landing. But it's true like you said an electric tricopter vtol's awesome.

Numbers one and two are my best choices all around range and speed seem to be the most practical, although there are others that do seem to have good promise. But there are some that must be trimmed in something like gold for the asking price for what they only a small aircraft at that.

Yes the one with 6 passenger one.
I like the Samson. It protects its wings when driven on the road.
.... but in doing so, makes huge compromises on wing loading, etc. Why not add upper fold-out wings too, for a kinda biplane config. Then you'd have enough wing to land at a low speed and to have a reasonable glide ratio. Only penalty would be 2 additional wing tip vortices and the weight of the folding mechanism. The upper wing swivel could incorporate elevator surfaces.

Of those presented here I would surely choose the TriFan. I did not however see the Lilium Jet or the Kitty Hawk Cora.
