"ur" isn't a word, and is a confusing colloquialism for "your" since "ur" would likely be read as "U R" (which sounds like "you are").

I believe that you (and everyone else, including me 😅) have ideas that you'd like people to hear; knowing and following the rules of your chosen language helps ensure that your ideas are understood as you intended them to be...
Sure, slang is understood _by people familiar with that particular dialect,_ but often at the cost of being understood by a wider audience.
