We used to work in duos at my last company and I worked with a serious as F. Italian dude called Giovanni. Dude would call anything that adds more than 1second a waste of time. He would climb off the lift onto the roof of skyscrapperd without any safety equipment, jump from balcony to balcony instead of using a ladder or something but Most annoying thing he would ever do was to bully me and make fun of me for using a dry clotch because he said that's quote "amateur sh*t" and real window washers don't leave anything when they're done with the squeegee...
Dude's in jail and lost his job.

not really he just cleaned off cobwebs me and my team clean the entire window in 2 minutes (anything related to the window that is part of it) but we do a proper job instead of doing something the homeowner could do themselves in 20 minutes ESPECIALLY if they are paying 200$ to 400$ for the whole job. DONT OFFER A SERVICE THAT WOULD BE EASY AS HECK FOR THE HOMEOWNER YOUR JUST BECOMING EVERY OTHER GUY THEY CAN EASILY REPLACE!!

It just ticks me when I dont do this:
Use either soap or all purpose cleaning solution, get a sponge or washer wet in it, use it, squeege, then use a shiner window cleaner and do the same. And also I usually polish the window with a dry microfiber

  • @matthewrobinson6297

Please please please listen to me everybody. Yes, wipe your frames, but when you squeegee the window take the rack wipe your squeegee from front to EN with your rags and start the new window. That techniques works for Steve-O. But rule of thumb is keep wiping your squeegee when you start another window

Good stuff however not judging this man, props to him for going out of his way to show us this like I said however, please take note for new window washers, applying too much soap in your water in hot days is not a good idea from personal experience, also when you’re in a job time is the most precious thing we have so most of the time hitting it with a bronze or steel can be a waste of time. With a good balance between water and soap things come off easily with just the mop.

You do a very good job and I have a question. My question is how do you get rid of water marks caused by chlorine in the water. Like for example I had to clean some windows at work and some windows would get hit by the lawn sprinklers and leave water marks all over. I was told that water with vinegar a little bit of dawn dish soap. I did that remedy and it worked some what but it involved a lot of scrubbing. Do you know of a better solution. Please let me know.
