Lake Lugano / Lago di Lugano - Road bike trip from Lugano to Morcote

Road bike trip at the coast of Lake Lugano. The beautiful lake between Switzerland and Italy. Cities Lugano and Morcote are stunning and worth to visit. Morcote is probably one of the most photographed cities in canton Ticino. Also, picturesque Morcote was voted Switzerland's most beautiful village in 2016.

Thanks for posting this! I am planning on doing a similar ride around Lake Lugano in a couple of weeks. How did you find the drivers / traffic? I'm used to riding in the USA, so am used to pretty bad/hostile drivers. Thanks again.

I’ve been to the US, but never cycling, so can’t compare.
There is traffic, in some places a bit more heavy, but Swiss drivers are very familiar with and friendly for cyclists. I’m sure you don’t have to be worried about traffic.
