Has Juki fixed the issue with switching the straight plate and the multi plate? Along with the feed dogs?
Also is the 4000 plate even with the rest of the flat surface? I know there is 1/8th difference in the nx7. I was planning on purchasing the nx7 until I read that on a review.
Juki needed to up grade the lighting. My 2010 has the poorest lightening of any of my machines: brother, 1970’s Elna, janome, old viking. Not only poor lighting, the lit area has a funny glow around part of the edge. Wish there was a juki distributor near me.The 4000 seem like a real upgrade, so sorry it came out so close to my purchasing the 2010.
The 2010’s function is straight stitch only so get both! I’m sure it would be fabulous having both😀
I just bought a Juki NX7 and wondering if I'm supposed to oil it. But I can't find any information on how to do this. Do you have a video on how to do this? Thank you for any help.

I own the juki nx7. I love it. I wish you would do a video on trouble shooting. My machine will not recognize my single stitch plate. It will say set the plate. Can't find anything on it.I love your channel and have learned a lot. Thank you

Hello, I own juki nx7. I had similar issue. There is a small tab which tells machine which of the two plate is set. That small tab popped out for me. I took it to the dealer i brought it from and he had to order that small tiny tiny tab and fix it in place. That resolved the issue. Hope this helps you.
That issue is my hold on a minute. Wish Juki would fix this.
Absolutely love my DX-4000. There's one thing I can't figure out. I'm connected to wifi. Software updates. Do we just guess and update every so often? How do I know when there is one?
Juki will notify the dealers :) Call your dealer any time to ask.
Beautiful machines. I started quilting a couple of years ago. I have a small singer and I am learning to free motion. I know it will be so much easier in something like a Juki. I have watched your videos getting more information to see witch ones I should get.

On the dx 4000 you said you can watch UA-cam. Can I go anywhere online? I’m a member of quilt folk and they have tutorials. Can I go watch them as I sew also?
