I just watched your reviews on both the Yoga 9i and Legion 7i. I think a lot of buyers my self included are torn between these two. It seems the only advantage the legion 7i has over the 9i is a better CPU, but based on your testing the CPU was throttling a lot on the Legion. Despite the throttling, did you notice a substantial increase in performance from the legion to the Yoga? Did you perhaps play around with undercoating the CPU on the legion to combat throttling? Cheers
Please compare Ryzen 7 8845HS Legion Gen 9 (non pro) and Intel i7 14650HX Legion 5i (non pro) both RTX 4060 variant , it's confusing: A) Both have different Cooling systems ( which one is better ? ) B) Intel pulls more watts and AMD is stuck at 45w ( does HS ryzen perform better than HX Intel ? Or more watt = performance ) C) With the recent instability of Intel CPUs should i go with AMD ? Or this i7 14650 HX is good enough.
I got Legion Pro 5i with i9 14900Hx, RTX 4070, 32GB Ram and 2TB SSD, 240Hz 500 nits panel, for 2000$ with a gaming mouse as well. Is it a bad deal ? I wanted it for programming so i wanted the 32 Ram

i'm thinking on buying the this laptop. How much frames can you get if you lower the resolution to 1200p? Is lowering the resolution to 1200p on a 1600 screen make windows and games look bad?
@@mamanomepegues87 thats different. You want to display at the native resolution of the screen, not lower it. Since the 1080 p external screen is natively 1080p, it will look fine.

The AMD. The performance will be basically the same between them and it’s considerably cheaper. $800 is not remotely worth it for a 60 to a 4070, when you’re only looking at about 10% better performance.
i play all games on performance mode with headphones plugged in
Thank you. Just bought this on sale from BB.
Nice!
@jayallen9198 how much and is it available on finance and what were the specs

Just curious how warzone or tarkov would run on this?
They will run very easily

One more thing is 230w enough for an Intel i7 14650HX or do we need a 300w Adapter ? Because LOQ is having some battery drop issues with intel CPUs.
