Reading a book now, THE LIVES OF LEE MILLER by Antony Penrose. She was an exceptional beauty who rose to the heights of News Journalism, by being one of the first photographers at the Liberation of Dachau.
I came across this as a link in a newsletter covering the film being made by and starring Kate Winslet and Andy Samberg.... I'm so moved by this telling of Lee's life that I will seek out the modern film to watch once I recover from sobbing and restock on tissues.
Me parece muy interesante todo lo qué le toco vivir , aún aquellos momentos demasiado difíciles para una alma tan grande …!!!! Desde Chile mi admiración y respetos a LEE . 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏
An absolutely amazing lady.. I saw the film loved it and have been on a research mission what a story beautifully put together and true history of what really happened.. Thank you
I guess Im randomly asking but does any of you know a method to get back into an Instagram account? I stupidly lost my password. I love any tips you can give me!
@Jefferson Yahir i really appreciate your reply. I found the site through google and im trying it out atm. Looks like it's gonna take quite some time so I will get back to you later when my account password hopefully is recovered.
This was great. Just went to the show at the Dali museum and I left unsatisfied. It felt incomplete and now I have the information to feel as if I know this woman a little better.
@Alex-jb5tb The Nazis were right wing conservatives not Socialists. I might remind you that the first people the Nazis murdered, imprisoned or forced into exile were Socialists, Communists, Liberals and intellectuals. It's conservatives that are the monsters. Nice try.
A movie about Lee miller is long overdue -great show
I saw the exhibition at the imperial war museum in London it was really good

I visited Lee Miller's exhibition at Monschau. This is what Socialism is all about. By the way: your "youth" back in 1945 was just shot.
