Some say that the BMW R1250R is this brand's best motorcycle.
Probably even better than the very successful BMW R 1250 GS.
But when you enter the world of custom motorcycles, the BMW R1250R is without a doubt a surprising choice.
And the BMW presented in this video, is proof of that.
Some will say it's a Bobber, others will say it's a conceptbike, or a Show bike.
But the builder prefers to call it, e reimagined R1250 R.
This beautiful BMW is the latest work, from Renard Speed Shop, located in Estonia.

What a piece of artistical talent. Everything seems to line up and end at the right points. Who doesn't love a metal fabricator that can transform a busy piece of machinery into a simple looking one piece of art?

I never liked fairings on motorcycles. But I have to admit, this one works in ever way. Hats off to the builder, and thank you Racer Tv for yet another terrific video. I wonder what this bike would look like in all black with a few touches of chrome. Thanks again.

I always have a problem with show bikes and the color white. The work is impeccable but it doesn't cause me emotion. It is something so perfect that if it were mine, I would not take it out of my living room and it is sad to have an engine stored like this and not on the road receiving the kiss of the road. However, the project done with the Moto Guzzi really made me jump out of my seat, especially the Girder suspension, it will also be the black color and the aggressive appearance, I loved it. 10 for the GT and 9.5 for the BMW, they are two notable motorcycles
I forgot to mention that one of the goals of this design was to create a motorcycle that looked like an Apple gadget. Hence the color white. But also recognize that this bike would look quite interesting in a different color. :) Thank you my friend for sharing your opinion. :) Saludos

Indeed. The front grill has a lot of similarities. But in this BMW, I like the vintage vibe more, which is what the Lotus lacks. But thanks for remembering the Lotus project. :) Cheers.
These art style bikes are amazing ,but I miss the days of the home built bikes by the average working guy being featured ,ones that are functional and ridden often these are real Cafe racers

I can really appreciate the craftsmanship, this bike just feels like it's not finished yet. It's missing something and I can't put my finger on what.

@@RACER_TV While the massive white space isn't helping, that wasn't initially what I was thinking. With the skills they showcased, it shouldn't be a problem to overcome. I absolutely love what this shop did on the R100 bikes. You should do a video about those.

While this bike does not coincide with my personal taste, it is indeed impressive, as is the imagination of its builders and the quality of their craft. Obrigado amigo por partilhar a sua opinião. Alguma coisa me diz que o Construtor deste projecto concorda com a sua opinião. O grande problema, é que as motos actuais da BMW têm um sistema eléctrico muito sensível, que torna muito difícil fazer qualquer alteração da parte eléctrica. Até a simples alteração dos piscas pode causar alguns erros no sistema eléctrico. :) Um abraço.

I don't feel it like a Café Racer , looks more like a futuristic bike, a modified bike, but not a Cafe Racer, never the less, an outstanding job.

The design, to me, looks like an inlet to a turbine engine on an aircraft, with deicing elements at the front. Given BMW’s history in aviation, that is a clever design trick. If I have that right, I may be completely wrong!
Your perspective also makes sense. But in reality, I think this project has more similarities to the Lotus C-01 Motorcycle. But Thank you my friend for sharing your opinion. :) Cheers.

A hint of harley Davidson v-rod shape, modern and pain stakingly engineered and fabricated. But not my purist cup of tea of cafe racer, bravo for a well done project 👍.

Workmanship is incredible but it is not a cafe racer. It looks like an egg with wheels. A very beautiful egg but still an egg.

Sorry, but I like the classic cafe racer style over the futuristic look. There is one custom BMW that you did a video a couple of years ago that blew my mind. A low rider steampunk style that was gorgeous. But the classic cafe racer is still what draws my attention more.

Hi dear Victor, this time I must disagree with you, it's too bulky, too massive, not a cafe racer at all, if I can't see the engine it loses the charm, I recognize the great craftsmanship and dedication that a project like this one takes "but" to me (honestly) it looks like a bidet on wheels

The design and craftmanship are good. My concern is what is the effect on performance by changing the rake angle on a heavy boxer engine if any?.

Salt Flat's speed record bike made street legal. Not my cup of tea. Nor would I say it is a cafe racer. Nothing minimal about this bike. Great artistic talent and engineering for sure. 🇨🇦

Amazing work and build quality. But it looks like a powdered doughnut on wheels. Not attractive to me. Interesting because it is different. But not pretty. Maybe it looks better in person.

After 3 years of watching your channel taking inspiration from many of your featured projects, my bike is coming into the final stages. Did you ever finish your xs650 project? I have documented my build on my channel.

Unfortunately, Leonel is still very busy, and the project is still on the same spot.
I'm thinking about moving the project to another mechanic.
The big problem is that it is located 50 km away.
But i have been improving some details on my initial design. It is going better and better. :)
@@RACER_TV Thank you for your kind words and your channel for showing so many great bikes with many different styles. That's great you have seen some of my build videos :). I understand these things can take much longer than planned so hopefully you will get the ball rolling again with your XS. Your "Frankenstein" is lovely and represents you very well. My bike will be a cafe racer of sorts with my own twist on it, I've kept the stance not to aggressive so the riding position is nice, similar to your Frankenstein.

Is this a written and spoken narrator? It feels off and finding it hard to connect.
@brettcameratraveler I think I'll take your comment as a compliment. Believe it or not, the narrator's voice in this video is artificial, and created through artificial intelligence. It's not perfect, but it's much better than the voice used in my older videos.
But I would like to know more about what you said.

@RACER_TV Actually there was a typo. "A" was supposed to be AI. I was saying it felt like an AI.
I know using a AI to write and say your VO will save you a few bucks or 10 mins to come up with your own talking points but your channel is about a passionate things. If you are passionate about your subject, let your viewers hear it in your real voice. Connect with them and visa versa. It's worth the 10 mins.

I could even use an AI voice that was much more real than this one. But the overwhelming majority of this channel's followers like and demand exactly this voice. Believe me it's not easy. To me it looks like a dove bar of soap with wheels.
Appreciate the work involved but im not a fan of the look at all.
Also not a fan of the new voice. The old one at least had a sense of individuality.
This bike have boattail custom cars style design. Need to understand what to compare with
