@@Vovrzull My mistake, I thought this addon would allow me to place markers to create reference points like Image Modeler :( This is an importer for a file created by Image Modeler software.
Which means I have to prepare the images and fbx files in advance in image modeler (autodesk's image modeler), and then instead of having to import them manually into blender, I can now use your addon, right?
yes, you create locators in the image modeller program, the output is an rzi file and photos, you turn the rzi file into fbx. and then my addon will help you import this into blender and set up the scene
Looks very nice! Maybe an irrelevant question but is it possible to calibrate and model from just a single image or two Images? Not like a car but something like a bedroom?
Hello, at the moment it is not available in official sources, it is only available in unofficial sources. (autodesk imagemodeler is the full name of the program)
Addon is broken. It imports 2 sets of markers, one set is correct, the other is scaled larger and oriented in a random direction. Cameras do not have background images. Using Blender 4.0.2
hello, this add-on, as indicated on the blender market, works up to version 3.6, it has not been tested in version 4.0.2, I will try in the coming days to test and adapt it to new versions of blender, at the moment it works in 3.6
hello, After working in the "imagemodeler Autodesk" program, your project is saved in the rzi format, blender does not support the rzi format, so you need to convert it to fbx through "3d Max" or other converters, the addon in blender accepts images and an fbx file as input
Very nice addon but the markers and camera calibration work is something that Blender should do. A discontinued program of 15 years ago is not a reliable method. Either an addon or manual-aided way of doing it would be better. Since you can work with python a bit (I imagine the addon is written in python) how hard is something like that and why no one has done it? I'd even pay for it
FINALLY, THE END OF MONOPOLY, THANK YOU SO MUCH!!
I WILL BUY IT FOR SURE.
Hahahahahah

this is an import addon you can load anything made in image modeler
Where can I find image modeler? I can't find it anywhere.

@@Vovrzull any chance I can message you in instagram or something? for research purposes you know.
Is there any other way to calibrate cameras? Is it possible to match camera by hands?
Hello, there is no manual way, hmm, why do you need it if everything is already configured automatically?
This is done manually for quite a long time ((
