yes i sure did feel more grounded! I was surpised I could do the squat pose but doing dragon pose just before was probably the key✌✌🥰🥰

Wonderful! Kundalini is fabulous to enhance fire, vitality, purification and warmth. Yin is definitely the opposite - it's grounding, soothing, cooling and rejuvenating for the tissues. I'm glad you enjoyed the change of pace : )
